The hot water was not even warm. When we called the reception they said this is the maximum that will come. What a lame excuse. The bath tube was useless. Even for breakfast, very less vegetarian options

Neat& clean with calm & quite homely environment. Above all the behaviour of all the staff with a smiling face impressed me so much. The property’s location very nice. It’s a peaceful area. Foods are appetising. All the amenities and services satisfactory. Thanks to mm t for giving us this nice stay.

They’re so accommodating, helpful and charming - even at times when they don’t need to be. An incident which happened with us: we came back to the hotel late and needed dinner which was only available as room service post 10pm but we wanted to have it at the rooftop poolside benches at around 11:30pm and they were kind enough to make the exception and serve us food there! small things make the big differences. Good hygiene also no bug problems or anything

Good stay with lot of options for entertainment and food in hotel and nearby. Very nice ambience and pool available at the top of the hotel. Indian restaurant spice mantra is also available at short distance. Everything available in the minibar is not complimentary, if you consume, you have to pay during check out. You have to deposit security amount additional to your booking, which is refundable.

Very nice and warm staff. Nice location. Although it is a 2 mins walk inside the main street but they do have a shuttle drop to the seminyak market and beach which is good. Breakfast spread was good. Stayed in the whirlpool room, good experience. There is leakage stain on the walls but didn’t bother the stay, need repainting and some maintenance work. They do ask for some deposit before checkin but if you request them and assure to wait till they are satisfied with checkout process they will not force you. Nice service and very clean.

The hotel location was good as there was a nearby indian restaurant. The room was awesome and we enjoyed the whirlpool jacuzzi tub. There is a pool on the terrace as well and breakfast was also decent for the vegetarians.

The hotel is great and the service provided is quick and amazing. They have free shuttle service for nearby locations. There is an indian restaurant in walking distance. Also the hotel is close to the beach but no direct beach access.

Hotel experience was good but room can be more clean and tidy. We opted for whirlpool suite where smoking is allowed but at the time of checkout they were demanding for fine as some smoke smell was there in the room. It was strange thing as a guest.

The staff and the hotel is amazing. It has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. They also org-anise traditional events everyday. Worth staying there. The rooms are big and special attention is given to cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel is located in seminyak and is full of life in and around surrounding area. You can find lots of places for shopping, eating and relaxing. The place is very close to seminyak beach as well and the hotel provides free shuttle to the beach
