Good central location. We were in the hotel very little as we were exploring but the time we did have there was pleasant and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
Best location. Near all major areas. Walking distance to everything. Great friendly staff.

The staff were very kind and very supportive. Nothing was a problem for them. The accommodation was tidy, clean and the hotel operations were well organised. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was wonderful. Very clean, the staff and service were exceptional. The amenities, the location and the area around the hotel was great. The only thing that kept us from rating 5 stars was that some things were a bit dated. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the elevator was a bit on the small side and dated. The hotel was also located on the 4th floor of a building, and walking 4 flights of stairs wasn't great. We would give this hotel a 4.5 rating and definitely consider returning if the cost is right.

A large hole in the shower was taped over with duct tape. The shower head sprayed water everywhere but down. Replace it or clean it. Giant hair/dust ball in the corner of the room.
The phone couldn’t call out. Not even local numbers for taxis or restaurants.
Location was great. Staff was pleasant

The hotel was centrally located to all of the major sites. We were within easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon.
The service was wonderful. All of the staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
Tasty breakfast with the best coffee.
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Rome.
