Incredible location and breakfast was all hand made from ingredients grown on the farm
Rosanna is a fantastic hostess!! The location is very convenient to walk , though a steep one, to the town. We spent a late afternoon and evening in the town - nice dinner at coco.
Breakfast was great too - fresh espresso and pastries - too good..
we had a very comfortable stay. Chiara and Benedetta are excellent hostess'. the B&B was easy to find and very close to Orvieto.

Getting out of the property is a little tricky with the hills.
joseph.partnerOct 20, 2023 While it was hard to find at first, we did locate the property and found it to be very nice with a friendly staff that was quite helpful. We could walk to Orvieto from the B&B and our stay was quite pleasant.
Great view, excellent host, room is large and clean.
Extremely friendly owners, enjoyable to be with.
While 15 minutes away from attractions, an up hill climb.

gerard.partnerNov 30, 2022 A lovely B&B just outside town. Free Parking and Wi-Fi. Our room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the countryside. Our hostess, Isabella, was delightful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and information on visiting the city. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk up to the parking lot where we could take the free escalators up to the center of the city. ( word of caution if you go at this time of year…it was a dark walk back with busy traffic, but this should not be a problem in summer daylight). The breakfast was delicious with hams, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, tomatoes, a large variety of sweet baked goods, toast and beverages. Lots of power for seeing beautiful Orvieto. Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay

fredia.partnerJun 11, 2022 We spent 19 days in Italy. In looking back at our memories we agreed that B&B Chiara e Benedetta was the best place. The setting was just perfect. Being able to sit on the patio or on our balcony to consume our afternoon coffee and soda (and the breakfast) and look out over the beautiful, Italian countryside was a highlight of our stay in Italy. The breakfast service was excellent. Everything was really clean. The hostess made the exact transportation arrangements we needed. The town was within walking distance for us, even though we are in our 70s. She even told us about the elevator once we got to the "old" Orvieto parking lot. (They also had an escalator so that guests did not have to walk the stairs unless by choice.) The bed was also firm but not hard. I would use it again if I was in Orvieto again.
