An average hotel not too close to airport, bf was ok, after 10 am they charge for airport shuttle, no basic amenities

It is a place if one need to stay near to Malpensa Airport. Everything is clean and tidy but Hotel is only near to Airport.

Good stay for overnight transit

Stayed here during an overnight transit from Milan Airport. Rooms are clean and basic but lack amenities

The room was clean but too basic. Room did not even had a water kettle. Air conditioning stopped midnight and no one picked up the call at reception. So had to walk down to fix the issue.

No service at all

Staff is very good, but no room service, for anything you have to come down to reception area or restaurant, no shops nearby to buy anything, only a vending machine with few things, all non smoking rooms and nothing was known while booking

Hotel is average. Pick and drop service is very poor. I stay airport 40-45 min for bus and phone to riciption 6-7 time in 40 min always tell bus will rechbin few min but aus in not coming than I take help
With BESTONE HOTEL BUS. He drop me there.

We were impressed with cleanliness of the property, free WiFi, helpful staff and low tariff. Location also is good. Free shuttle is additional facility. Would suggest to provide a digital locker in the room. Overall we would rate the hotel excellent and best value for money.
