Good but house keeping is not great. Daily cleaning but not completely. Location is good near to shibuya

Rose garden located in a beautiful neighbourhood in shinjuku. Ideal for family trip. Lots of great restaurants nearby. If you are a foodie, you will love this neighborhood. Easy access to metros

1. You must always inform about the size of room. We found the room too small & we had to upgrade the room 2. the location & staff were quite good

Very well located. Walking distance from shinjuku station and bus. Just next door to nisha shinjuku. Smaller rooms but comfortable. Excellent staff and facilities. Good breakfast

Good location and close to city centre. Overall facilities are good for a short stay .. However, rooms are small and finding vegetarian meal is difficult so better not to include breakfast with your package as not much options for vegetarians. Toilets are well maintained and overall worth the money
Room was small, like most Tokyo hotels, but location is great.
Quiet Nishishinjuku area, walking from main shinjuku area and shinjuku station.
Clean, good service, room had all facilities. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Located in a good location and near by nishi shinjuku station. Family mart also next door for essentials. 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku main station and odakyu shopping centre.
You can also leave your luggage to collect later even after checkout. Excellent staff.

Try to take a corner room - thin walls - can hear people talk in corridor or next room
