The hotel was decent, big and clean room. Checkin-checkout process was very quick and fast. Staff is very humble & helpful with attitude. Very good hotel with fantastic connectivity with the airport.

I used this hotel for stay for business purposes. I liked the hotel location as it’s linked to the metro station and hence easy for travel. Though finding restaurants nearby wasn’t easy.

The service is good. Room is good. Reception is really helpful. Room size is small for the price paid, but i guess all rooms are small in japan and since it was new year thats why it was expensive. But all amenities were there. Well located. Breakfast is good with a lot of options, but they should change their menu as we stayed for 6 nights and got bored of the repetitive buffet.

Conveniently located with a short walk to metro stations and easy underground access from main Shimbashi Station. However the Airport being very far, train service is available and easy from both Haneda and Narita airports. The check in was fast by the extremely courteous staff. Room size slightly bigger than what you normally get in Tokyo for the same price. Decent breakfast spread. No complaints. Highly recommended for business travellers.

Excellent hotel if you don't mind walking a lot then this is the best hotel connected to the subway station but you have to walk a lot.

Good locations and friendly staff and most importantly can converse well in english so it was a great help. Had a medical issue there and got good support from them.

It's a value for money hotel. Location is a advantage. All types of foods available nearby. Room size is good for Tokyo like city. Breakfast layout is okay. Bathroom size is good. Being just above the shiodome subways and in the vicinity of Shinbhashi station is another plus point.

Breakfast varieties can be increased. I stayed for 7 days and 6 nights and felt that the breakfast was the same. It can be changed every day. Location was good. Close to the metro, office and shops. Cleanliness and hospitality was good. Thank you.
