Bad very bad service is very bad long ques every where no in room service rooms are very small even there is no proper place for keep a suitcase

we stayed for a 6 night at shinagawa n tower . the rooms were very small and they had no more available when requested for an upgrade and the breakfast was also mediocre. following this we also stayed 2 nights at the main block the rooms were bigger amd breakfast Better. would say a standard hotel but would not go back again . the pricing is very reasonable.

The property location, food, amenities and services are excellent. I could catch all local trains, shinkansen and narita express train by 5 minutes walk from hotel along with luggage. Check in and check out are ultra smooth and takes 2 minutes. Ushers are there to help in check in and check out also. Great value for money.

Check in and check out was so easy and friendly. Room was clean. Very centrally located and value for money. Houses keeping and hotel staffs were very helping and courteous. Highly recommended 👍. Thanks

We stayed at the main tower …. The rooms are decent size , especially when compared to the other hotels in Japan. The bathroom has a tub. The connectivity to the Shinagawa station is priceless !!!!

The hotel location is bang opposite shinagawa railway station. It has a 7 eleven and other souvenir shopping places in the same premises. Self check in and check out were the highlight. Facilities like coin laundry, gym and good restaurants makes it a great choice.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is tastefully done up. With very courteous staff. The ambience was bright and cheerful, and breakfast buffet was very nice

Location of the hotel was excellent, just couple of minutes from the shinagawa station. The breakfast spread was excellent. The room was clean though small sized. Overall an excellent choice.

Hotel is near to the station & with a very easy check in & check out processes. Breakfast has too many choices from japanese / chinese & american. The staff is very nice as all japanese ( normally) are.

Had a wonderful stay at prince hotel shinagawa. If you are staying at the main tower or the annex tower, you have spacious rooms and q luxurious breakfast buffet at hapuna. For even vegetarians, there are plenty of options at hapuna. This was my second time at prince and i loved the stay.

Property location was very good and room was neat and clean. Now start the bad parts: 1) i had never asked for two separate beds, they gave me a room with two separate beds. 2) no milk and sugar in the room3) ac was not working and last when we wanted to stay 2 hrs extra beyond our 11:00 am check out, they charged: 4000 yen for 2 hrs, so many places charge you nothing for 1 or 2 hrs extra.

The amazing hotel had very comfortable, neat and clean beds, had very sound sleep all nights, artificial hot spring was amazing, food and drinks were good on quality and variety, very easy to use vending machines, staff was very welcoming, washroom areas were highly neat and clean, location outstanding right in the heart of city with vibrant night life

The Hotel is located bang opposite Shinagawa Station which has great connectivity with Shinkansen, Narita express, jr line and other trains. Room sizes are notoriously small but it was spacious at Shinagawa Prince. The room was fully functional with kettle, Bath tub, coffee table, etc.

On MMT website it is not at all mentioned that swimming pool use or service is chargeable. However, when I reached Hotel staff informed me regarding payment for using the swimming pool.

A very conveniently located Hotel, just above the Shinagawa station. the Hotel has shopping center a with good restaurants. Nice helpful Hotel staff and clean rooms.
