Perfect stay. Nice staff. Helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to help in many ways. Breakfast should be more vegetarian.

A fantastic property located very near to outer horber ferry terminal and also just 7 to 10 minutes walking distance from indian spice restaurant. We stayed for only one night. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was good and had a large spread. The location was good but due to renovation the view was hampered. Not much shops around. It was under construction due to which could not get the outside view. Also the pool was closed for maintenance. Otherwise bed size was good enough and rooms were clean.

We enjoyed out stay

We enjoyed out stay at Grand Lapa. The room was large with a large television and choice of Music and Movies. Large pool, all day room service and coffee shop really made our stay truly unforgettable. Beautiful pool and a lovely hotel to stay at. Food is amazing and staff always attentive.

Really awesome enjoyed a lot with family.. Hope will continue next year same time.. Helping by ground staff was simply amazing rooms were totally interested with ambiance style swimming pool not gym gives clear refresh for us.

Budget hotel

Hotel is fairly priced. Cleanliness is up to the mark. But it's a little bit old all the furniture cloths carpet feels old. Location is plus point though. Staff is friendly. I would like to stay again if they renovate the hotel.

Staff was excellent, rooms were cozy, we did not eat. Proximity was good, it is worth recommending room service was okay, decorations were good cleanliness was opt checking and checkout were swift and cordial, overall experience was good.
