Worst and unsupportable hotel crew! be sure before you plan

Due to medical emergency in the family i could not plan my travel. Despite asking for several times to give me refund or change my dates ! they denied to make any kind of amendments. They dont understand the genuine problems also. On asking to give me another date they reused for that too completely

The hotel is Good and spacious and the food has to be more variety thank you for the time and hospitality and everything in the hotel …I love the atmosphere and peaceful

It was a very comfortable stay with even free shuttle to all required places. Only request for them is to start the shuttle services early in the morning instead of starting at 11 am.

Hotel staffs were very helpful and nice. Specially Cashier Branda was so grateful, she upgraded our room to a junior suite for free. There was no oven inside the room.

Rio is one of the older hotels in Macau and the hotel location is not that great. The rooms are decent but the casino was just OK .. Not too many games of my choice to play. Sands was a short walk from Rio.

Everything good. But receptionist make enquiry before check out time whether guest is ready for check out. This is not advisable for reputed hotel. The treatment at Casino is appreciable. Food at restaurant is not continental. Breakfast may be avoidable.
