Nice location, spacious rooms and a good spread of breakfast. Shuttle service to cable car is available. Excellent views !

Good location. Good hotel. Not a posh hotel but good decent facilities. We checked in very late but the receptionist was still very communicative and explained us the property well. Unfortunately the bell boys were not available and we had to carry the bags to the room on our own but that's ok. Bathroom needs a upgrade. The locks are very old and the shower leaks.
Best resort in genting highlands. The service is too good, food is nice, they have a very big swimming pool, a good golf course. You can stay there for 2 to 3 days and relax your weekend with your family.

Best part is location shuttle service whole the day for genting highland only indian veg food is not here rest all good clean huge rooms with balcony

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The kids loved the pool with the slide. It is a well maintained property.

If you are looking for an affordable stay-in genting highlands go for it, there is a free bus service ride to the cable station from where you can go to skyworld using a gondola. Note: you can stay in sky world theme park hotel itself if you only want to enjoy the theme park

Outside the room there were so many mosquitoes and we were a bit of scared and i requested in reception to change the room but they didn’t changed it so kindly i an requesting you to change the room by today

Location is too far away from genting highlands. Need to take grab or taxi for travel. Very rarely free shuttle service to the cable car station. Hygienic and safety standards are great.

Worst hotel

Due to covid-19, i could not travel and requested for my refund or postponement of dates at-least 14 days in advance thru makemytrip but hotel refused to give any refund or for date postponement. I lost all my entire booking amount for this hotel due to covid 19 and delay by mm t and hotel. The hotel refused the request and was rigid inspite of ban on indian tourist by malaysia and no consideration during testing time like covid-19 pandemic, they cannot impose normal cancellation policy during this pandemic. Disappointed-never book this hotel in future.

Very nice location and spacious and best rooms at 56th floor, neatly maintained swimming pool, it's worth for price.

Staff at reception was good and polite. They helped us with early check in at no extra cost. Not much on breakfast menu for indians.
