Worst ever hospitality. The housekeeping staffs were so rude and ill mannered. The basin of the wash room never work properly. Kettle was not available. Phone was out of service.

Veechen the receptionist is a spoil sport/triggers your anger! he doesn’t have the basic manners/etiquette in listening to people especially indians. More than the stay his attitude was worst max in handling things! cost is cheap so as the treatment is what he feels i blv. Not an indian friendly hotel/english speaking friendly hotel becoz of veechen/veechan!we booked a room which had a/c issues(not rectified until t night b4 check out, shower issue(same day sorted, kettle out of stock(sorted night b4 t checkout! but the location of the hotel is perfect for travel.

Stay good rooms adjustable no issues. Service is very poor. They don’t even proper service staff. Not helping to carry the luggage.

Just an average hotel

The room was missing toiletries and kettle. Had to ask. Also the key was not loaded. I was sent to another building which is sometimes tricky. They even won't let you check in before 2pm in any circumstances without extra money.

The size of the room is small. There is a wash basin in the room itself. One does not call. There is no information about the service boy. There is a lot of heat in the lift. Water does not come properly. The drain is broken, the flash does not work. The service is bad.

The impression of the night was not right, they spoke a lot of opening words and we have a language problem and they did not cooperate. The room was nice. The hotel is nice.

The hotel was nice no problems faced only the rooms were too small, no space to walk, for swimming pool would rate 3 because not deep and can't dive its for children playing like that so 3 and gym is like 0 ratings no instruments are up to date all are damaged treadmill not working also no fan no air-conditioning nothing. So the main point is if you are looking for sleep purposes with minimal facilities go for this hotel and i would suggest a stay with friends could manage but from a family point of view it's not good to stay. Thank you
