Nice place to stay but i had some problem. 1. Fan noise couldnt able to sleep 2. No hand gun in toilet. 3. No hot water

It was fantastic stay and response from the team. Nice staff they are very friendly. I love to stay here and i will suggest my friends and family to book a stay in d'majestic for sure.

I was show that the hotel room is having a bath tub but there was not. There was no front desk due to which we faced lots of confusion. No proper toiletries were provided.
I had to wait for more than half an hour for check-in. Prior to that, i waited for almost 2 hours. The contact number in my trip for them is never answered. When it comes to cleanliness, the exhaust fan in the toilet wasn't working throughout our stay. When asked to fix, they didn't. They did give toilet rolls and garbage bags. No facial tissues were provided. Nobody knows anything when asked. The swimming pool nor any other such facilities they mentioned was working throughout our stay. I guess we over payed for nothing. The mattress and pillow covers were not clean enough. They looked so old off white instead of white. Kettle and iron box did work. The whole room stink-ed every time we entered. Wifi was a total disaster. I won't recommend anyone to stay here. Only 1 litre water was provided for almost a week stay. The tv never worked. However they did allow us for a 2 hr later check out without fee. Almost no maintenance is done.

Good Stay, safe and affordable

Majestic homestays situated at Jalanpudu, and having all the facilities nearby, mostly I recommend this hotel for swimming pool lovers. As it's on the 20th floor and you can enjoy the view of KL, the best photography location. For Indian food, you have to go for a little India. For nonveg, it's just beside the hotel. Cleanliness is good just they don't provide in-room service. That's the issue.
