The stay was comfortable. The bathroom was sizable. A/c was working fine. The staff was also friendly. It is also very pocket-friendly.

Room was small, pillows was uncomfortable and wasn't working. No indian restaurant near to it. Far from center no direct metro bus. Doesn't justify it's price ever it seems affordable

Hi myself saini dheeraj it's best place for stay in kuala lumpur reason - indian restaurant is near marketplace and many shoping areas, , metro and transportation is near. Very affordable prices for stay in this hotel. Staff is polite and they respect everyone. Pudu is nearest metro station. And many travel-ling visiting places is near by this hotel.

Please don't book this hotel. This hotel have negative energy. Room is very short and dirty. Bedsheet is very dirty if you have 2 big bag. Room have no space to keep your bag. picture looks very good but in original is very ugly. Please don't waste your money here.

The hotel locates near to the pudu l rt station, so commutation is easy for tourists. It has very neat room with good house keeping at this price. Very economical for indians, and a non vegetarian indian restaurant is close by.

Stay staff is so arrogant and rude with the clients. I have many issues with the room and i went to update those things to hotel management they are not at all listing down the issues and asking me in return why the issues are arising to me only.

Worst hotel i ever stayed. I was reached at lo express hotel around 4:30 am in the morning. The reception guy asking my name and booking id. I shared my name and given my passport for verification. Shared my booking id. He told me that my not confirmed by hotel and he has not received any booking under my name or booking id. I shown my booking confirmation email, receipt. But he’s telling the same that he need to receive confirmation. The reception guy not ready to check-in. He told me check with booking. Then i immediately contacted support team, they confirmed that booking is already confirmed. But still the hotel reception guy not ready to check-in. Meanwhile he’s telling, his system is not updating wait for 10mins. He was checking with his manager and checking the system. I have 2 yr kid with me, it took 1 hour to discuss the same thing. Just imagine how can i want that early morning with kid. The reception guy told me, no booking under your name, that i checked fully. Pols you can wait outside or go for other places. Then he told me you can take room and you need to pay for that. I said ok but later once you got a booking confirmation from website, will you return my money. He told me can’t refund money. I have no other option, since waiting for 1 and half hours, i booked room and paid money for that. After 2 and hour, i got information from makemytrip, they told me about booking from different agency name. Then asked him to check the. He told me, he has booking confirmation. Under that agency with my name. Now the point is, it took 2 and hours to check this. Initially, he told no booking under my name. But at last he said booking was registered under my name only. How he’s missed for searching initially? why this kind of carelessness from hotel ? even i shown all booking evidences but hotel not ready to provide confirmation and not willing to check properly. Most important thing is after the reception guy told me that it’s your mistake and booking mistake, it’s not his fault. So that he can’t give room. He’s very rude and spoke very unprofessional word. Then i told him that i will complain against him. Then he told me, he will give room but his shift timing going to over and wait for 10 mins, like that took 30 mins. Then only he gave the room. I’m totally upset with hotel reception guy and his behaviour. Since i’m frequent traveler, i never had this kind of experience in any hotel. Even hotel if it is not good, customer service should good. Here really worst ever customer service. Please investigate that matter with the hotel and take some action against them.

Indian food are not available in this area and no market in this area
