It was mostly dark and i won’t recommend it for indian stay, they won’t even provide water bottles, and there is no phone service, if you face any problem you should particularly go to the desk and you need to complain

A friend recommended the hotel. Location is just few meters from iambi metro. At 10 minutes walk from the hotel you will find all street food locations. Rooms were nice and clean, good wifi breakfast had good variety and taste was also good. The swimming pool is a bit small, but manageable. The petronas twin tower is at walkable distance but it will take some time. Overall very happy with the stay and the property. Ooh and the staff are super helping and super polite

The location is the best, close to sites and easy to commute. The only issue is with early check-in time that we requested as an additional payment option. The hotel did not have space and we waited for 6 hours to get a room.

Nice location very near to malls and monorail Station We booked a family room and the connecting door got locked. Maintenance team took 30 meters to reach the room. Staff is helpful. Good breakfast. Recommend for a short stay.

If you're looking for a decent hotel to Park yourself as you traverse through Bukit Bintang, the Melia is a good choice. The breakfast is awesome, the lobby neat and clean, and the staff friendly. The rooms are basic, beds a little on the harder Side, the bathroom tiny, but the telling blow is the noise from the streets (we were on the 2nd floor) and it felt like the room reverberated every time a motorcycle went by! Choose only for location!

Minimalist

Very close to Marina bay sands and gardens by the bay, we stayed in this hotel in the second leg of our stay in Singapore. Like most hotels, when you reach, you won't have a porter to help you, but this hotel has trolleys. Just like in airports. Very helpful. Further, a swift check-in was very useful along with all details shared very aptly with us. Check-in to the room and you will find all amenities placed very intelligently within it for example the soap dispenser is actually a fixed one with liquid to avoid refilling. The shower and body gel are the same the study light in the room is placed very subtly below a sit created to keep small amenities. For indians lavish breakfast is the word they also try serving Indian sambhar at times nothing great, but at least you get bread, egg, omelette and anything under the sun that you can think of in the breakfast space. So, all in all, a modern hotel that has a minimalistic understanding throughout.
If minimalistic is your choice, this will be quite a suitable option.

Newly furbish rooms are good

Melia KL is good hotel, Little old but they are now refurbishing rooms. I have mixed experience at Melia KL. My flight was delayed so I reached at 200am in hotel and at that time routine system updates was going so I need to wait for 30mins to checked-in my into room. As I booked newly renovated room, it was really good one. Big, clean and fresh. Unfortunately it was on second floor so there was too much road vehicles noise and someone was fighting on the street at night for long time. So I will say, higher floor is better. BF was good. Overall nice place to stay with family and Important is Imbi monorail station is very close.

We booked two connecting rooms as we were family of 5. Melia has never failed to give us good service and the location was perfect for shopping freaks. I had a wonderful time and the staff was kind and nice. They have a travel guide also who guides you for the best travelling experience. Will recommend others to stay at this hotel for sure.

The hotel was good, only negative is the check in and check out timing. They are very strict on check in after 11 am and check out at latest at 1 pm. I had a flight at 6 pm, and asked for a late checkout at 3 pm, which was not possible.

Bad service from the Hotel. The hotel keeps you waiting if you have booked through agent and more over if you are INDIAN you had it. Even though the booking was done well in advance at least 2 months advance, there was no reservation done. My reservation was on the renovated room with King size bed, but I was provided the Non renovated smoking ( stinking room with a queen size bed. As usual the tap and other bathroom fittings were rusted and not functioning properly, the carpet was stinking with Cigarette smell. Initially I was given two access cards one for lift and the other for room. Room access card was not working so had to go back to front desk, came again to front desk for access to another floor were my friend room was allotted. So totally 3 cards. Again night at 8. 30 when came back none of the cards were working again had to do the same exercise. Finally it was all some experiments giving me one card will all the access for my room lift for two different floors etc. So effectively from 8. 30 to 11 the hotel did a good amount of experiment on usage of smart access cards on me. Seriously after 11. 30 I could get access into my room. Thank god! Please beware talk to hotel and ensure first before you go there, else you had it and will be a guinea pig. SAD STATE. I pitty

Very good stay at a good location

The location of the hotel is very good. It's dead opposite to Times Square. Luckily we got the room which has a view of the Times Square from the window. Breakfast has lot of options like Chinese, continental and western food. Hotel has a swimming pool and bar which we didn't use. The lift gives 270 degree view of the surrounding area Times Square.

Poor welcome and long time wait at receiption

No welcome reception. We asked for in room dinning menu and received after 4 reminders. However room is spacious, clean and neat with all amenities. Centrally located and convenient for all shopping. Near by monorail easily accessible.
