    Beautiful rooms. Well behaved and helpful staff. Allowed us early check-in and made sure we are comfortable. Also, the room view is beautiful.

    Good choice, just 400mtr walkable from the nearest metro. Nearby kl tower, building is old, but renovated and trying to maintain well. Room is spacious and basic amenities with kitchen available. Bath tub available. Breakfast was good, except two of the items were not good. But we enjoyed it.

    The property isnt a 5 star abd the rooms were not well maintained and no good eating options in the hotel for indians. Also receptionist provided misleading information.

    Overall, stay was good the location of the hotel is good great swimming pool nice staff our lock of room got stuck one day, but the staff was very quick in response there were very few vegetarian options in breakfast. The tase of those vegetarian options was also not so good.

    Next to kl tower, the place is wonderful for people travel-ling from abroad. Near to market and can connect easily with the remaining parts of the city quickly. Food is not that grate, they have a 27/11 within the hotel which is a big help.

    Bad stench, dirty carpets, stained walls, broken sink, rusted gym, stained swimming pool, staff shortage. Overall, very poor quality, hygiene and maintenance, top of all very uncourteous front desk. Wonder how mm t lists them as a 5 star hotel.

    Location is good. Good for indians. Reception staff was not courteous. Property has good rooms. But had lock issue and mechanic came at 5 am to repair. The door was continuously making beep sound which was disturbing.

    Excellent location. Just 5 minutes away from twin tower and couple of minutes away from kl tower. Breakfast was ok.
