A good stay but the management could be better

The place is good, close to the kl city centre and petronas, and the infinity pool is the star of it all. However the staff and manager could be up a notch with hospitality and cooperation given the influx of international tourists. The check in hours are rigid, jet lagged or not. However they do not adhere to perfection themselves. We had-to complain repeatedly about our shoddy air conditioning when they finally changed the room, but the new air conditioner also had similar glitches.

Amazing suites, stayed in single bhk, had all the basic amenities. Just one thing, no food available till 5. 30 so you have to order from outside. Otherwise it’s amazing.

The face suites is a premium hotel located in the heart of kuala lampur. One of the best hotels with big rooms. All the places to romeo are near by and you can easily reach destinations by metro also.

The property is good, well located, but faces platinum is next of the same owner would be a better choice, they give limited water, price of ordering food is over the roof

Stay is good and comfortable but waiting time for the lift is little lag here. Really had a pleasant stay with good city view from the room. Rooftop swimming pool is excellent view.

It was an awesome experience. The infinity pool was amazing especially at night. The view was superb. Rooms were spacious and comforting. Only thing missing was indian breakfast.

Stayed for two nights in 2bedroom apartment. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was terrible. We asked for an extra towel, they asked to pay 15rm charges. A round of cleaning was refused. All sorts of issues. It never appeared as if it was a five star property.

Excellent location, walkable distance to twin towers. Swimming pool at the terrace had great view of city skyscrapers including kl tower and mercera118. Room was clean and with all required amenities.

Very spacious room with all mentioned facilities with very prompt housekeeping, pool was under maintenance but they provided us card for adjacent property to use pool. Could have been better if they would have accommodated a little early.
