Everything to the outdoor security to the bathroom in toilet is awesome. Too good amenities everything available. Their rooftop garden is a cherry on the cake

The housekeeping department is poor, rooms are not cleaned properly, nor the linens are changed even though dumping where it was asked to put to be changed. The housekeeping department is poor, rooms are not cleaned properly, nor the linens and towels are not changed even though dumping where it was asked to put to be changed. Bathrooms were not cleaned on daily basis. Dustbin trash was not cleared.

A heritage property right in the heart of town yet so peaceful, and feel good. The lobby looks airy and is not cluttered with unnecessary furniture to give a feeling of openness. Rooms are big and comfortable. A relaxing stay.

One of the best excellent star Hotel to stay in Kualalumpur. Walking distance from national museum, City gallery, bird Park etc. All City attractions like kl tower, Petronas tower, little India are few minutes away by taxi. Hotel provides regular shuttles to main malls. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Hotel Majestic is the best 5 Star hotel ever stayed with family:) 1. Rooms are very spacious & unique style bathrooms with classic Rain shower & spacious bathtub with Tv. 2. Huge buffet spread having Indian, Chinese, continental & many other dishes. 3. Customer service is at the best & welcome reception was good. Also, they extended our checkout by 2-3 hrs because we had Flight at evening. 4. Must say one unique service provided by the hotel is free shuttle to main areas like Malls, KL Sentral train station, Star hill & also it is centrally located to main attractions places like Chinatown, bird park, Merdeka square & KL Sentral Station. 5. City View from the Hotel is very nice. Thank you whole Staff and the hotel for the excellent service provided. We love revisit the hotel again with bigger group of family.

Well located - not the best not the greatest - Rooms are tiny and the breakfast spread was fairly decent - not in the most happening area. Beds were well - and the booking experience of makemytrip was good - was made to wait for the room as I had reached early

Brilliant hotel for its looks and the ambience does not get classier than this. The rooms are splendid and breathtaking! Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The location is good, plus there is a shuttle to the nearest train station. Obviously all of this comes at a price! The breakfast buffet was overpriced, we felt. The facilities are excellent - swimming pool, gym, rooftop garden, etc.
