Very nice hotel good ambience rooms are large and nice location is also well connected and walk away distance from bukit bintang. Breakfast was limited but to our taste over all good experience and worth revisit

It was a great experience, staff was really helpful and skilled ! i was gifted with a complimentary cheese cake because of my birthday! it was a memorable experience ! they are doing great job ! much recommended!

Not a Five star and Not a good hotel for Indians/Vegetarians.

Had booked a twin delux room, they gave me a lower category room saying they can only provide what has booked. Bathroom had a drainage problem and hooks were broken. Food was very ordinary with hardly any choice for Indians and vegetarians. After 2 bottles of water they charge 9 MYR (₹190-200) per bottle. Old 32 inch TV but No TV channels to watch. The hotel looks good but the service is pathetic and they don’t even have a weighing machine for the luggage. It’s hardly a 3 star Hotel but claims to be a 5 star.

Hotel is very big and good but the food is very limited. They can improve a lot in lunch and dinner food items. No bar facilities in such a good hotel. That’s very disappointing. Overall experience is good.

Nice and pleasant infrastructure andnthe view from the view is awesome. It was bit leggy on the reception board(felt it needs to be handled care properly. We enjoyed our stay completely at royal e chulan

I had an amazing stay at the royal chulan hotel. Location is very good with just 5 mins walk to the pavilion mall. The breakfast spread is very good with a lot of options. Rooms are very large.

Right in the middle of the city center. Its a top notch location in kl with easy access across the city. Nice and big property with a nice buffet and pool. They need to in-prove on their rooms air conditioning. Our all 3 rooms were facing the same cooling issue.

The stay was truly great. The room was brilliant. But the swimming pool seemed a bit unclean. Amenities could have been better, like jacuzzi for example.

Property is very old from inside, changed rooms as ac was making noise, breakfast was not at all good, crowd here was not good- not recommended at all.

Very poor. First they started with that i don’t have a booking! then said i cannot come in before 3 pm while my booking was from previous day. The finally when they allotted me room. The key won’t work for the room. The food is bad. So if possible don’t stay here ever

Very bad. Old and sxary hotel. Lot of things dont work manager promised to give suite room. Never did. But good breakfast. Bed has mosquito and had bed bites. But. Good conceige service

Never recommend this hotel, bcoz of seeing the rating i booked this worst hotel, also it is shown as a mm t lux, for that i booked this hotel for 3 days. Everything was worst except the buffet. Food was v. Good. Rooms are extremely at the worst, water leakage from bathroom and ac. Don't waste your money and vibe by this hotel. Also they charge my r 12 for parking. No free parking beware of that

Great stay with amazing accessibility to klcc. We were able to get around the city easily and at times literally just walking around helped.
