Stay was good no issues during stay. Would recommend this hotel. Location was close to all major places and transportation.

Location was good but hotel staff was very rude and helpless. They have centralised ac and they forced me to use that temperature. Everyone has their own temperature requirements. They doesn’t do room cleaning every day too and that was also i was not happy.

It was really a pleasure to stay in travelodge chinatown and just loved the response and hospitality from the staff and the services made
Good location near central market and china market, room size good not great but window location great can see tallest building of kualalumpur from room

I find this property. Everything was excellent for solo as well as family except breakfast very low, but in this rate breakfast no mean.

During my stay, i noticed that the shower drain in my room 4005 was blocked. This caused water to accumulate quickly, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Despite my efforts to manage the water flow, it continued to pool, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. I hope you can address this issue promptly for future guests. Otherwise, my experience at your hotel was positive, and i appreciated the other amenities and services provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hotel was neat and clean. Not much space in room. Toilet was cramped. Location was excellent. All tourist spots closeby.

Worst 3-star otel

1. The room was stinking. 2. Pathetic room service. We gave multiple reminders for room cleaning every single day which they failed to do it, bath towels were in bad condition and also not providing the complimentary water bottles. 3. In the name of breakfast, they just had bread, butter, jam and tea-coffee. 4. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Overall a worst experience.

Poor Stay

Hotel is good, good location, but very very poor service. During our two days stay, we didn't get anything, not even water at hotel room. No room clean, they said no staff to bring water and other items. We used to go to reception to get the items will never stay at travelodge any more.

It was a good value for money hotel located just outside the central market chinatown. Nearest mart station was pasar sen i which was at walking distance. Also, kl02 bus commute was available for free from pasar sen i bus terminal to klcc area. Petaling street was nearby too.

Awsome staying very happy with the location and happy with the room near by to l rt station and in china town
Hotel location is good, morning reception staff was very good. I asked some information to night reception staff but received rude response as he was not interested in giving answers. Had to call housekeeping staff for towels because it was not there in the bathroom after cleaning. I do not recommend this hotel if you are indian as we were not welcomed by them properly but guests from other countries were properly greeted. Also we were not informed about any facilities or amenities available in the hotel. Location is very good. But if you are an indian then please prefer hotel near kl sentral or any other hotel brand.

No frills hotel in the heart of kualalumpur. Central market and chinatown are just a few steps away. Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget option.
Great location. Near the hotel plenty of eatery shops, kk mart, pasar seni lrt& bus station, famous petaling street etc
