This hotel looks like updating their room. Kudos for them. Please continue to level up your hotel.
I book room stated new renovated, but only new carpet & new paint all other bed, bathroom, furniture need upgrade
Moldy and dirty bathroom. Stained bedsheet. Cannot even observe a single of any kind of refurbishment done..outdated info from web.

The food was very good. Thanks to chef. The hand shower head broken. The flush handle stiff. The tap at the sink was bad. Don’t know where the Water on bathroom floor came from. Room 512.
Pleasant stay during lockdown. Felt safe too.
If you are looking for a hotel for business trip, I would recommend this hotel. The room is quite good. A lot of restaurant nearby and walking distance to KTCC Mall. Pasar Payang is only 5 minutes away if u need to get something for your family.
achid.friendsNov 09, 2020 Overall it was just an okay stay. The room is quite dusty I guess because we had flu every time we are in the room. The aircond temperature also couldn't be adjusted, you can only adjust the fan whether you want it to be low, medium or high. Other than that it was okay due to this is a very old hotel
the hotel does not inform that the swimming pool needs to be reserved in advance. very disappointing
norshah.friendsSep 10, 2020 LIKE: location, accessibility, easy to get taxi/grab, near to Pasarnita was great, room cleanliness, many power sockets, consideration for 1 hour early check in (at 1pm) due to our tight schedule.
UNLIKE: frontdesk staffs not smiling since arrival until check out. Wearing face mask were not a permission for frontdesk persons not to smiling to hotel guest.

Clean and well maintained
Hotel is very much dated and is showing its age. I book the so called renovated room and it is already in such a state. Other than that, location and service was the saving grace.
