It's taking 20 to 25 minutes by road to chenang beach, property was not bad but ok, bathroom and door condition was not good. In breakfast it's not as per my wish list, serving beef and pork in breakfast as limited food items for indian.

The hotel is located in kuah. It has a balcony and rooms are quite big. Staffs are courteous. There is an indian restaurant named appathaas which serves south indian food. There is a duty free plaza and lot of restaurants near by. They do charge a refundable 100 ringgit at the time of check in.

The hotel rooms are not equipped with the basic amenities and the rooms air conditioner was not even working. I was sweating during my stay there and despite complaints they did not resolve the issue. The food at the restaurant was bad and they do not provide room service after 10. 30 p. M. The shower had no hot water but only lukewark water and it would get cold very soon. The hotel staff is very good and polite and humble. They did not understand much of english so it was difficult to really communicate with them and get any work done. But the people working at the hotel were nice and only cos of them i m giving average rating instead of a poor one

Did not check in as no rooms were available. Had to book other hotel as on call some one said no rooms available.

The Hotel is built nicely and staff is sweet although a bit slow to understand things. Rooms are fabulous and amenities good as well. The breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of things.

The good and the bad

I had done a booking for a double bed, but they gave me twin bedroom and me being a 110 kg man found it difficult to adjust on the single bed. I was shifted to a double bedroom next day only. The wash basin didn't have proper water pressure where it was difficult to even wash your face properly. The food was terrible. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They are really polite and try to help as much as possible within their limitations. Wouldn't want to visit this place again.

Most good beaches are at distance of 15-25 km. However, some good eating joints, duty free and Mall are nearby. Staff strength is less and service is average.

The hotel is a few years old but looks quite modern and clean. The rooms are huge and spacious with great balconies. Really loved the breakfast spread at the hotel which was way higher in quality and quantity given the price point. Highly recommended to everybody visiting Langkawi.
