As this property is 4 star category then also they are-not provide dental kit, saving kit, and also not provide choice in vegetarian break fast and no proper response give to customer

The hotel is at a location next to a bay and the view is amazing. There is covered parking available on premise and good shopping options like duty free right across the street. We stayed in a family suite room and you get the feel of a serviced apartment within - with lot of space, but quite old equipment’s and furniture. There was a balcony as big as some of the small hotel room and it was really good. Breakfast is ok and continental, but don’t expect any indian food especially pure veg options. Average service -when we went the power was down in lifts and no help was offered to carry our luggage to second floor ! so in short a decent hotel at good price, but don’t expect anything fancy

Great hotel with pleasent atmosphere. One of the best hotels to stay in langkawi. They offer complimentary breakfast (limited veg options. Location is very easy to access. Early check-in is subject to availability as we have got the early check in on request. Nice pool, and seaview.

Morning breakfast is worst. No items and service. No proper response in reception for any queries. This is our first bad experience in this dayang bay. Even though full amount paid talong with tax of my r 80. Not worth for money and satisfaction.

The hotel needs a major upgrade. No maintenance at all. I had all kind of insects inside my room, including lizards. The lighting of the hotel is very bad. It creates eerie atmosphere. We experienced paranormal activities inside our room. And spent our night in the lobby. The staff was very helpful and kind they offered us another room but all the rooms had same atmosphere. So we stayed in the lobby.

The resort is actually is pretty cool and on the shore of a ocean. The swimming pool is just awesome. They have small rides for children and big pool along with it for adults as well. Even they have separate pool for women only too. Apart from this the breakfast buffet is quite good. They have around 10 to 15 dishes in the buffet and it’s english breakfast and continental. Me and my family stay here for 3 days and the service is quite nice and only on 1 single call they were at my room door in 2 to 3 mins for any small issues. Just a small suggestion, wifi does work well there in the family suite or near pool. But our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is old and worn out. The furniture and upholstery need a change. Only pool and view are good. The breakfast is too crowded. It’s far away from the main chenang beach.

Not kids friendly. The staff behavior was very bad. I reached early and requested for a early checkin since i was traveling with a baby. Also we saw few people checking out early that time. The reception told checkin needs some paper work so they cant do it now even if they were simply standing there. Also i asked for water, they rudely said they provide water and water can in the hall area was also empty. Lastly we told we will come back after checkin time and requested for a high floor room. But by the time we came back in the evening they provided the lowest floor room with lot of noise and we had a very bad night for the baby. We checked out early morning and went to another hotel.

* excellent location, very close to kuah city and many shopping and eat out options. * friendly & efficient staff. Check in and check out was a breeze. * spacious rooms with balcony facing the sea and could see the kuah tower. (we booked for a deluxe family sea facing suite) * covered car parking available for free

Resort is good. Buffet breakfast for vegetarian is average. Location is also good. Would recommend to stay here. Suggest th to improve the vegetarian options in breakfast. Resort has it's own restaurant which provides vegetarian foods and it tastes good and affordable.

This hotel has excellent sea view. Swimming pool is well maintained. Lobby looks like 5 star hotel. But rooms look like 3 star hotel. Also room cleaning is not done. They just exchange towels..which inturn is very old towels. Rooms corridors look like dormitory. Breakfast options are very less for Indian travelers

Too bad service no hospitality at all arabic / indian food restaurant was too bad having pakistani chef very arrogant behaviour no water bottles provided expect us to refill from dispenser away from room, nit even refilling water jug when cleaning room for ironing you have to go to room on 2nd floor bathrooms not cleaned properly no indisn food option in breakfast, it was too bad no variety at all no hospitality nobody asking customers plugs were not working properly replaced 2 of them they don't do even basic checks about feedback or if they need anything only location was good view was good
