    Cold staff Warm cockroaches

    Pictures are misleading, real life situation very different. Reception team not fluent with English also they don’t honor or accept any requests. Sharing incident: 1. I requested for a double room instead of twin, they said no. I specially called in advance to request however they said we are busy with another guest you please discuss upon arrival. 2. Requested double room in new wing, both were denied. 3. Upon check in we realized there’s no phone in the room, same was arranged after 2 reminders. 4. Not enough water bottles only 2 500ml, After sometime requested for more. They sent it however after 3 reminders. 5. Swimming pool too crowded and noisy. 6. Last but horrible, we left in the morning and came back in the night 10pm. The moment we arrived we saw a huge cockroach in the room. Then 3-4 more small cockroaches. Worst was a big cockroach crawled up the mattress. We requested for room change it happened and they shifted to new wing. (P.S. which was not available earlier)
