Kaani Beach Hotel

We stayed at the Kaani Beach Hotel, located at Maafushi Island, Maldives. The Island is Around 40 minutes by boat from the airport. This is a beautiful small Island. The beach is close to the Kaani Beach Hotel around 1 min away. Maldives being an islamic country bikinis are only allowed on the bikini beach and cannot be worn on any other public beach. Also no alcohol on land. However you can go to the restaurants on the small catchs where alcohol is served. Kaani beach Kaani Beach Hotel was good. The host Mr Shakti was helpful and cooperative. He guided us about the various tours and we landed by taking two tour through them. They took us for snorkelling jumps for voral watching, turtle washing and also swimming with sharks. Yes, actual sharks but these are safe variety who dont have sharp teeth and generally don't attack humans. The sand bank visit was also beautiful and they serve a modest lunch at the sand bank. This lunch could definitely be better. Overall the stay was nice and we loved the Kaani Beach Hotel and the beaches. The people are polite and helpful. Maldives is must go if you wish to Sea beautiful corals and marine life.

It's located just besides the bikini beach. Hotel and rooms one of the best place to stay. Spacious room. Very well maintained. The ambiance is cool and you will feel relaxed once you enter the Kaani Beach Hotel. There was a warm welcome with welcome drink and wet towels. Hotel staff hats off to the staff for their friendliness, politeness and helpful nature. Would like to mention about shakti a very humble person. He personally came to receive us at maafushi jetty and guided us about the beaches, Kaani Beach Hotel, restaurant, food and water activities. He assisted us with very good price for all the activities. Rest other staff always had smile on their face every time we met them. Always greeted people with greetings. Food good food. They have buffet system for dinner. Thank you kaani staff for making our stay beautiful and memorable.

I stayed in Kaani beach Kaani Beach Hotel for 3 days hence below are my observations: Pros: the room was very neat and spacious. The room service was happening every day. The staff are friendly they care of you very well they are trained very well in providing at best service to customers. They always kept wearing smile on their face and kept greeted throughout 3 days. they have responded to my needs immediately. I strongly recommend to opt food while booking room as they have served delicious food throughout 3 days. cons: While allocating rooms the Kaani Beach Hotel staff should ask customer that they are okay to stay city view rooms instead of beach view.

Our stay at Kaani Grand Sea View was exceptional. The location, view, and room at Kaani Grand was excellent. Our experience at Kaani Princess was also awesome. The negative aspects of the Kaani Beach Hotel are no life jackets at the time of travel in their boats, reckless driving of their airport transfer boat (the driver was basically racing and competing with another boat putting everyone in danger), and selling relatively expensive excursion packages (when compared with other Kaani Beach Hotels at maafushi) to non-swimmers.

The Kaani Beach Hotel is a small place with decent rooms. The sea view from the Kaani Beach Hotel is blocked by trees. They don't provide toiletries except shower gel and shampoo please carry them with you. Their buffet is limited but good. The best part is the Kaani Beach Hotel's staff. Amazing pool. Very helpful and friendly. Especially Kadir who helped us out in planning our day trips. Cheers to him. Go blindly by his suggestions and u will be amazed at what you see! Kudos to these guys. Keep rocking.

Located just near the beach (perfect location), the Kaani Beach Hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The Kaani Beach Hotel staff are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The Kaani Beach Hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to day trips arranged by Mr. Shakti (tour escort manager) The outdoor cafeteria of Kaani Beach Hotel was great. Food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this Kaani Beach Hotel to every couple.

It was a memorable stay at Kanni. All the staffs were good and helped us a lot in planning the trip. We enjoyed our stay.
The room was clean however plug points where at the inconvenient places and kettle was not working. Remotes of TV and fan were not working. Apart from these it was a memorable stay at Kanni. All the staffs were good and helped us a lot. Staffs treated us very well. It was a good stay.

Magic was the one who fully planned our trip, we enjoyed most of the Maldivian cultures along with the Tours. Hotel is good with a very tasty breakfast. They made groups for trips and the guides took us for snorkelling, that is something to be done. Night fishing can be tried, which the Kaani Beach Hotel arranges. The thing is you just book the Kaani Beach Hotel rest they take care for you.

Very friendly staff. Kaani Hotel has the most amazing Breakfast. However they need to add a vegetarian meal too .. Mostly the breakfast includes Nonveg stuff. But overall they are very precise and will never hide any hidden charges. WiFi connection was good. Had facility to visit Kaani Village where there was Swimming Pool and Billiards table. Just loved the place

Really friendly staff right from start to end, took care of all our needs. Helped us plan trips, bargains on activities. Sea side view rooms are to savor. Clean rooms, sufficient toiletries. Complimentary breakfast. Open air dinner for 25$ a couple. Really enjoyed my stay here. Arranges fir resort island trips, snorkeling, water activities and much more.

I stayed there for 3 nights. It's just opposite to the beach. The breakfast menu is just okay. Overall it was clean, polite staff and Shakthi the tour manager was good. We enjoyed the stay. The pick up and drop to the airport via speed boat was cool. Decent dinner. No questions: It's one of the best value for money Kaani Beach Hotel. Go for it.

The room was clean. However you cannot See the ocean waters from the room. We had a breakfast and dinner package. One of the newly joined chefs made rice according to our dietary requirements considering we were pure vegetarian and Jain. Shaky, the guest relations manager arranged for a transfers to our resort at reasonable rates.

The staff behavior, the cleanness, the ambiance, the hospitality all were too good. we are impressed. Thank you Kalani for making our stay such wonderful. Surely recommend you the next time.

It is the best Kaani Beach Hotel located at maafushi. It service is very good. They also help you with other activities. Staff is really helpful and the place is very safe. The activities arranged by them is not only cheap but safe and great too.

The staff was so supportive and generous in each and every situation. Location is superb. Nice sea view from the balcony. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The Hotel is located right on the Beach and it is a sight to sit at the Beach by evening to relax. Such an amazing place and the room. Is very beautiful with brilliant views. Do contact Shakti/MJ/michael for the best excursions from the resort. The vegetarian buffet can be more improvised is the only concern.

Nice overall experience and had a pleasant stay. Splendid view of the beach from the room balcony. Excellent staff, good and prompt response to all your queries. Only thing they need to improve on is to provide more options in vegetarian food. Otherwise a good Kaani Beach Hotel option for those who like peace and calmness.

Hotel has all facilities to make you comfortable. Great location near lagoon and white Beach. Very good and polite staff. Indian tasty vegetarian choices available.
