Hotel Nepalaya

We were total of 12 people including kids, parents. This Hotel Nepalaya was good because it has a lift and all basic amenities. Location is also good as it resides in the heart of Thamel. Only small problem is that big vehicle cannot reach till the gate. Food of Hotel Nepalaya was ok as we were vegetarian but they made poori bhaji when we requested them, which I felt was going above expectations.

I stopped for one night. Pro: convenient location, quick service (reception, breakfast), hot water in bathroom. Cons: difficult to find on base of address (there s no phone number on MMT web) best option is ask for landmark e. G. Yak restaurant. Recommend for anybody who looking for budget Hotel Nepalaya in Kathmandu.

The Hotel is located in Thamel, well connected to the market area. They arrange airport pickup. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooftop restaurant provides a mix of food options as per your choice. WiFi connection was good. They have a travel desk to support the sightseeing at a reasonable price.

It was a good stay, the room was big, i booked 2 family rooms so it had two rooms each with 3 beds, very spacious, rooms were clean but looked old, no natural light in rooms, food was ok ok, i am vegetarian so didn't have many options there. The staff was very helpful during the stay, thanks to them.

Right from the start of our stay we found our room clean. The linen & towels provided were clean. There were 2 bottles of water on our table. The breakfast served in buffet were tasty & filling. This md our stay great! the staff too were very prompt & helpful especially at the reception

The Hotel Nepalaya is in a little interior, but the rooms, service, and restaurant on the top floor are excellent. If someone goes inside, then he/she will feel very good instead of seeing only outside. Some construction works are going on outside. Overall, i liked the place.

Pros: 1. Nice Staff. Very helpful. 2. Good complimentary breakfast. 3. Cleanliness. 4. Free Airport pick-up. 5. Location is good for shopping. A lot of shops are present in and around the Hotel Nepalaya. Cons: 1. Frequent power cuts. 2. Lack of charging points in the room.

Stay there for 2 nights. Was on a budget trip so no complaints there. A decent place at good proximity to thamel market and night clubs. Staff was polite and supportive. Feel of room can be made better though. Overall good place, recommended for budget travellers.

Very nice location, nice Hotel Nepalaya, good food and staff behavior. Only the room wall is to be clean and painted. And there should be bright light inside. Overall good and to be recommended for all because of the provision of elevator and midst of the market.

Rooms are good... Location of the Hotel Nepalaya is near the thamel market which is good if you want to shop.. Limited vegetarians breakfast options in Hotel Nepalaya with less quantity though... We had to take breakfast outside again... Overall good experience..

Triple rooms are big, enough to accommodate 2 families (2 double beds & a single bed spread across a bedroom & drawing room. Clean washrooms & rooms. The only drawback is lack of sunlight (but that's the case with majority of Hotel Nepalayas in thamel.

Congratulations to Hotel Nepalaya Nepalaya staff and management. Here I stayed for 2 night. Having great time with business partner. All staff is very cooperatively and very well mannered. Walking distance from durbar square and new road is advantage.

Hotel Nepalaya is an excellent Hotel Nepalaya with all amenities at a reasonable price. They also helped us in arranging travel for local Kathmandu City and Pokhara.

The honest review is that the Hotel Nepalaya neither have night club nor a gym. Pl strike out the facilities from your amenities column as regards Hotel Nepalaya nepalaya is concerned. Food is costlier. Rest are awesome.

Near to Thamel and most of the beautiful sights of Kathmandu. Service of staff are awesome. They greet us in reception. Carry our luggage's. Overall excellent experience with this Hotel Nepalaya. Most preferred Hotel Nepalaya in Thamel Kathmandu.
