It is a nice and clean boutique hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooftop is a nice place to hang out in the evening and the view is quite nice from there. The cleaning staff can be a bit better with the cleaning and changing bed sheets.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at arushi boutique hotel, kathmandu and i am thrilled to share my positive experience. From the moment i arrived, the warm welcome from staff set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The dining options were outstanding. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a diverse selection of fresh and tasty options. The attentive service and the beautiful presentation of the food truly enhanced the dining experience. Overall, my stay was pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel was good and clean. They denied breakfast that was included in our stay despite showing the mm t voucher. They asked for additional charge for breakfast.

The room was quite spacious with attached balcony for fresh air. It was a decent hotel with great hospitality. I wish they had more variety in the food menu. I wanted to mention the name of front desk staff apsara who was very cordial in making us comfortable in the hotel and in the journey throughout.

We are family of 8 so i have booked 4 rooms in this property but when we reached there they offered us 3 rooms in this building in different storey. They asked us for 1room in a guest house type hotel. Next day they gave us one room at different storey in this hotel.

The rooms is big very clean and helpful people in the staff. Little inexperienced but they try to help as much as possible to you. Food is good breakfast is satisfying just had dinner once it was good enough.

Hotel was good. Room was cosy and spacious. Breakfast was good. But a few things which made me uncomfortable here were: 1. Room was not well lit, it seemed very dark and dull despite having the best interior design. 2. Power cut many times. 3. Being on upper ground floor, my room was very noisy, i couldn't sleep properly. I could hear the noise of utensils and people on the ground floor the entire night. It was very disturbing. But overall, my stay was good. I hope they will make sure to have much better stay next time.

We had an awesome stay at arushi boutique hotel. Entire staff was so nice and helpful. Food quality and taste was amazing. Moreover, hotel is very near to popular market in thamel and is central to many places to see in kathmandu. I will probably stay here again for my future visits.

A good property with racist mindset

In kathmandu i faced certain situation that proves the nepali people in their mind still are slave of white people. They treat and welcome totally differently to white folks and indians. This hotel is no different. I booked the hotel almost 3 months back. I reached the hotel around 1140am and since the checkin was at 2, i waited patiently and also finished my lunch. Post this they assigned me a room on the third floor of a building that does not have elevator. There were construction on the ground floor and thus hammering noise. The room did not have intercom! so for any need i had to climb down to reception. This building had only two rooms. The other building, main building had elevator and all. I noticed they accommodated white guests in the new building though they came later than me! very bad and frustrating attitude. In the room i found a double bed and a futon. The futon linen were not even changed! on protest they removed the futon. The tea maker was dirty and on complai they chnaged (of course i had to climb down to inform) the restaurant food was average to poor considering the price. Overall a bad choice of hotel
