The stay is situated in the heart of thamel and darbar square is also just 10 min walk from the place. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and provide best stay for value.

Staff service good and cleanliness is fantast. I found it on make my trip, i booked online, but once i reach there i find the hotel is excellent, i stayed solo, but it's good for female safety also

Not so worth the price

Cons : they don’t have any parking and lift….have to climb stairs every time I go down…the breakfast option is very very limited…the place is not worth the money they charge

User experience is an area of opportunity

Starting experience with elderly parents and rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor w/o lift was unpleasant. This could have been avoided when they had more unoccupied rooms on lower floors. Wait time of 20 minutes, post which mr. Ovian couldn't find the details if the booking. Staff needs to understand that the traveller would be fatigued.
