Review of my stay at hotel portland, pokhara on dc 28-29. I stayed in hotel portland, pokhara for one night. Room is neat and clean. But if power goes away there is no immediate back up for the same. We ordered fried rice for room dine in that was not prepared freshly. The breakfast is just ok. As we checked out we were charged wrongly for the food items we ordered for room dine in. Please match the menu prices along with the bills before paying. The staff also didn't proactively told that drinking water bottles are chargeable. We were charged 80npr per bottle during paying the bills i noticed the same.

A lack of hospitality our recent stay at portland was unfortunately a less-than-ideal experience. The initial impression was marred by a lack of staff at the reception upon arrival. After multiple calls, we were informed that the staff was in the back office. The absence of a warm welcome and a comprehensive overview of room facilities and dining options was quite disappointing. We had to proactively inquire about our inclusions, which should have been proactively communicated. The lack of prior knowledge about our drop-off and discount arrangements further added to the inconvenience. While the room itself was adequate, the amenities provided did not always align with the listed inventory. This inconsistency detracted from the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. In conclusion, while the hotel's physical infrastructure may be satisfactory, the lack of attentive and informed staff significantly impacted our experience. We hope that portland will take steps to improve its hospitality standards and ensure a more welcoming and seamless stay for future guests. No-study lamp no milk powder for making coffee no iron and the wall was having moisture need to paint

Lived with my family for a night. Amazing breakfast and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and even helped provide me airport taxi. At a great location making everything accessible on foot.

We went for a family trip to pokhara for the first time and our stay in hotel portland was very pleasant. I met indira and yash at the front desk and they were very polite and helpful. The service was very nice, staff was very friendly, there was variety in the food and was also tasty. The room services were quick and helpful.

The hotel staff was very polite and ensured we are comfortable throughout our stay. They used to call if we were not on time for breakfast to ensure we don’t miss it. Breakfast options also good. Overall great stay at reasonable price and a great view of lake and snow mountains from the window.

Wood-den floor was not proper due to which water was coming out, room was stinking, we asked for room freshner and got it, but the scenario was same.

It was a average experience slightly better then poor. Following are my experience- 1. Room was poor, from back side of the room continuously irritating sound generator was coming causing headache. 2. Exhaust fan was noisy 3. Just above the commode, towels were kept. 4. To our surprise, they demanded extra money for even whiskey glasses. 5. Shower was not working, we have to ask for bucket. 6. Generator services was poor. 7. Room service poor 8. Food quality below average and guys i opted this hotel on the basis of reviews. So pols give your honest reviews as this affects stay experiencw of others. Overall below average experience

location is good, near to lake and market. breakfast was good, staff was supportive, room was clean, some problem with bathroom fittings but was manageable, would recommend for stay

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly staff and supportive. Food and room service was excellent. Clean room with amenities. Nearby markets and restaurants to choose from. I would like to extend my gratitude to both the night and day shift staff who patiently heard me and provided me answers/support to the best of their capabilities.

Location is very good. Food is average but breakfast is good. The staff is courteous and helped us in every way. The owner is helpful and made our stay comfortable. Kids friendly and good for family.

Stay was very good. Enjoyed a lot. Only thing scorpio v eh provided by the md of hotel portland for return journey to kt m was pathetic drive d by egoist driver. As we were in little stress because of flight cancellation due to bad weather, had an expectations of good support, which couldn't.

I was communicated by the hotel staff about the issue they were having in the hotel due to electricity before check in time, so they transferred us into another nearby property named heaven o ganga which was also very good, their staff was very nice so i think both hotel and there staff is very nice, i will rate my stay as 5 star.

It is the best hotel as per my experience. The breakfast is excellent with very nice staff. The mountain view room is amazing. We can see annapurna range from the balcony. The hotel very near to lake side. The hotel experience is very good.

"from the moment i walked in, my stay at this hotel was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was spotless and beautifully appointed. The breakfast buffet was good, making my mornings delightful. Overall, a fantastic experience. Overall value for money.
