Location good, room very good, staff good, food ok. Shall prefer stay again here. Climate was not co operating, sometimes raining. That was my luck

Staff disappointed us in every aspect

The staff is utterly noncooperative and disgusting. They didn't even listen to our complaints and every time we tried to complain staff started an intense argument. Our concerns were-
1) they denied our breakfast, even though we have already paid for the breakfast. 2) wifi wasn't working. When we told them about it. They said it will be resumed shortly. But as you can guess. We didn't get internet access during our whole stay. 3) tv didn't have any connection. For this, they had the audacity to say that. This service will not be available. 4) hot water wasn't available too. In the morning, we had to take a cold showers in the peak winter season. During checkout when we told them, they started arguing and used abusive words for us. 5) at this time, you must be thinking why we didn't complain about water on the hotel intercom. So guess what. That wasn't working too. 6) property doesn't have a lift. So if you are at first floor then it's okay. Above that, it's a little bit problematic.

Location is far

Location is far from main points and major restaurant, room was good but at 5 the floor with no lift.

Good hygiene, newly built, decent staff. Just one negative no lift. If your room is on the fourth floor, you will get tired to go up. No complains.
