    We have 2 luggage of 40kg and they don’t have elevator. The location is not convenient for grab driver because the area is congested. The only hotel i know who’s check in is 3pm. If u travel from far place and arrive earlier u will get exhausted. The receptionist made mistake in room number log that’s why we are shocked with the night staff to open our room in the middle of the night. I walk going out in the night is not safe for there are drank people along the way. My sorry for my comment but i think the hotel is convenient for those who save money and backpackers who have less baggage and waiting for their flight in naina terminal 3. But not recommended for family specially with kids and senior
