While the stay was good i feel the services given by makemytrip is not sufficient. I couldn't find any way to get my invoice etc or to contact the team there.

Hotel is located at a very nice location, with good connectivity to shopping malls. In fact you can go directly to robinson mall from the 4th floor of the hotel, which directly links to the robinson / galleria. Hotel staff quite cooperative and helpful. Though the property seemed to be old. And upgrading is very much required i guess. I had to change rooms since the ac was nor cooling properly in my room. Having said that, the hotel staff did upgrade me to a bigger room. Food was good & safety / hygiene was upto the mark.

Awesome stay altogether! The staff was courteous, adjustable and kind. They even took care of putting up vegetarian indian food at breakfast. Touched by this gesture

It is near to ADB. I had an advantage of its location. Good hotel. It was comfortable. I liked it. Will try next.
