upon arriving at 1:00 pm, i learned the hotel had no record of my reservation the agents were unable to confirm my booking and instead offered alternative hotels far from my desired location, which would have been difficult for my elderly, unwell parents. to address the issue partially around 6:00pm by paying an additional aed 900 to upgrade our stay.

Awfully slow front office staff. Took hours checking us in even after the check in time and gave rooms on different floors even though they agreed to first give them on same floors. Luggage didn’t come for 3 hours. I had to change the room twice.

The front office staff is so laid back and slow. Don’t check you in for hours even after the check in time. Luggage wasn’t sent to our room till 3 hours later. I had clearly indicated i want two rooms on the same floor for family and even then they gave on different floors after saying that they would give them on the same floor and that too at 12:30am. I honestly expected better from such a big brand name

We were given a room for people with special needs. The bathroom is designed for people with disabilities the corridor of the room had been recently dyed, and the smell of the dye stung a person’s head

It’s the closest hotel from haram. The rate is high but worth spending as a pilgrim you get more time for prayers in ha-ram itself than walking from hotel to ha-ram like other hotels.

I stayed with my family, we booked 02 rooms for 03 nights. After long travel from uae specially when wearing ihram, staff at checkin counters very cooperative and welcoming, check was easy and quick. Rooms good in size, beds comfortable, cleanliness and overall facilities in the hotel excellent and deserve 5 stars. Ha-ram view from rooms made our stay excellent. Breakfast quality and variety was excellent and staff at m1 and m3 b/f halls very cooperative and welcoming. Unfortunately we faced problem on our last day when hotel offered us breakfast at saudi & turkish restaurent at 29th floor, manager was very rude and arrogant, seemed having his priorities whom to serve. Due to his non professional behavior and extremely embarrassing tone especially when you are with family, we decided to leave the hall without b/fast. It was informed to host, manager and waiters at other hall tried to cool down the situation, offered us b/f but who can eat in such a situation. I appreciate a courtesy call from hotel manager as well. But our day was really ruined.

Liked all services and staff. Special mention of ashar salah the restaurant manager for accommodating all our request. All the bell boy mohammed and ahmed. Only downside is call centre for request. It has to be called incessantly to get things done.

Staying at this hotel was like my dream come true. I had booked the room with kaaba view and it was just awesome. Can't express my feelings when i first saw kaaba from my room. It's one of the best places to stay in makkah mukarrama. Breakfast timing are very strict. In my opinion they should serve at least 30 minutes more after 10:30. We reached around 10:40 and every thing was removed. This is not fare. Never seen in any five star hotel this strictness in breakfast buffet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Property location :excellent food : good, but please provide also indonesian food staff : good, security was a bit impolite, always asking for the room number when going up the elevator. He only asked me, not other guests.

The trip was a great disappointment. I paid view and they gave me the lower grade city view [05/09/2023, 10:58:46 am] whatsapp: we called your number many times for help and now one helped. Hotel denied anyone talking to them from your side. I paid extra money to you to book a ha-ram view. Instead i got walls of next door building.
