    Nice hotel with attractive location

    I like the hotel decoration and surrounding area has shopping and cafe, shuttle bus to ha-ram around the clock, breakfast buffet has variety of food.

    Its ramadan and due to the facility of bus service and hotel staff were very well spoken and responsive in a very less time

    This is very nice hotel, buses also every 25/30 mins to ha-ram. The hotel itself has amazing breakfast and helpful staff. Bathrooms are clean and good size and the beds are very comfortable.

    The hotel is nice but i should call the house keeping to clean my room to change the towel the price is high copper with a nearest hotel from al ha-ram

    The hotel is not what was expected

    There are a lot of points including that the pictures of the room are not identical when i checked in to the hotel they promised me that they would provide me with a bigger room, but this did not happen but i changed to a room with two twin secrets. After i told them that the room overlooked a disgusting place for dead birds and dirt and the room had an unpleasant smell. when i moved, i asked the director of housekeeping services, a saudi national, to merge the twins and put the phone on top of the table after the merger, he told me he couldn't, he didn't incorporate a bed, and he said the wire was a small phone. After all this he didn't do anything. When i asked for anything from her, i asked for a bathing robe, they didn't provide it to me, they didn't reply that it wasn't available, they ignored me, and i didn't repeat my request, i won't repeat my going to this hotel.
