Clean room, great location specially for car drop off, not too far from haram. Clean bathroom and functional. Staff are helpful and nice. Good price

Property is very good, neat and clean, rooms are spacious. But towels were not provided despite complaining thrice.

Price is too high and very bad service, distance is also problem you can get lot better hotel for the same. Breakfast was below average

I payed a huge amount for a room with 5 beds but the rooms are old, not giving a feel of a 4 star hotel. It feels like bed space or something. The breakfast could be improved a lot. The bathtub had stains and when you shower, the water flows on the floor, there is no proper separation. The property needs some proper upgrade to make it an actual 4 star. I’ll give it less than 4 stars. However, the staff is very helpful and professional.

The stay experience was amazing. All the staff were very welcoming and they gave us a free upgrade. The room had uhud mountain view. We had opted for breakfast only package. There were lots of options to choose from. The food was delicious (as per indian taste. Highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip.
