Novotel Singapore On Stevens

The Novotel Singapore On Stevens rooms are very good. Bathrooms have two separate cabins for the shower and toilet which is useful as two people can use the bathroom to get ready. The location is not close to MRT but as a family, we have taken taxis (which is not very expensive when you consider the cost for 4 and the time you save to reach the attractions compared to MRT) and taxis are quite frequent to the Novotel Singapore On Stevens. The Novotel Singapore On Stevens also has an Indian restaurant curry garden next door, which my parents were very happy with. So, if you are an Indian family traveling to Singapore and don't want to stay in little India, then I would recommend this Novotel Singapore On Stevens. Two things that I think can be improved are 1. Early check-in options, we had to wait for more than 2 hours after a Long international flight. Room cleaning was not thorough and needs to be improved.

We stayed for 6 nights at Novotel on Stevens. Location is at Orchard, which is pretty much the heart of Singapore, and has good connectivity via a bus stop right outside (public transport is great in Sg anyways). Rooms are a bit on the smaller size, and families with kids may struggle. Breakfast buffet is quite similar on most days, and quality of food is average at best, and a la carte menu is overpriced - much better and tastier options available if you’re willing to try out the famous hawker stalls of Sg. Front desk staff are either overworked or under trained, since they seem clueless on most things that you would expect them to be aware of. Cleaners and room service staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall, the Novotel Singapore On Stevens is a good option only if you’re getting a good deal from a cost perspective.

We had a great time staying at novotel on stevens road. This Novotel Singapore On Stevens is near to orchard which is one of the biggest shopping destination too. Located near a residential area the Novotel Singapore On Stevens offers quite atmosphere with stunning views from its top floors. We were greeted at the reception by deepika who had recently joined and helped make our stay memorable. The food options are also nice thought not much options for indian cuisine. One can definitely walk to 7 eleven which is under the same premise for day to day shopping needs. Additionally, the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this for your upcoming singapore trip.

The room was very good, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and had all the amenities. The location was good as well. The breakfast was very poor, with below average dishes and the same dishes everyday. I recommend to take just the room without the breakfast. Service and hospitality was mediocre. Having stayed in many Novotels and Accor Novotel Singapore On Stevenss across the world before, in this Novotel Singapore On Stevens they lacked hospitality and warmness. The front office staff were rude in speaking, hardly greeted any customers and were unwelcoming. The same goes with the staff at the breakfast. I think they should work On this. The housekeeping staff however were very nice.

My stay for four nights was excellent. The room was very comfortable with all the facilities I would expect in an Accor Novotel Singapore On Stevens. Room was excellently designed for its size and two can fit in fairly well. Many facilities are share with the Mercure Novotel Singapore On Stevens adjoining this Novotel Singapore On Stevens. No 7/11 closeby but you can take the shuttle every half hour to orchard road and access multiple options in just ten minutes. The Novotel Singapore On Stevens also has multiple dining options so you always have a choice. Breakfast had reasonably wide choices.

Hotel is located in a posh residential neighbourhood. We had only complimentary breakfast at Novotel Singapore On Stevens, which was very good, albeit very less options for pure vegetarians like my wife. Washrooms were clean and thankfully for indians, there is bidet. Room was spacious enough considering the other offerings in singapore. Overall, stay was quite comfortable and i would recommend for anyone who would be willing to spend a little extra for a spacious and comfortable stay.

The property is well built, the overall ambience is amazing, the rooms are spacious enough as when compared to another Singapore Novotel Singapore On Stevenss, the bathroom is also good, just the housekeeping was the worst part, in 4 days bedsheet was not even changed once and the overall cleanliness was also not good in the rooms, apart from this we loved everything about this property and would love to stay there again.

The Novotel Singapore On Stevens is located in a very quiet and clean area of the city. However, public transport is very convenient to use from the Novotel Singapore On Stevens, also that the Novotel Singapore On Stevens provides a free shuttle bus service to Orchard Road, which is a shopping hub, every half an hour. Room service is good. The breakfast menu is lil limited. Otherwise, a good and pleasant stay.

The check in was swift at 3 am in the morning, I was greeted well and my luggage was sent up at 3 am, the lobby is done very well from the sitting areas to the bar, the location of Lifts and rooms to swimming pool is very well planned, considering the size of the property there. Breakfast was well spread . Rooms were good size and comfortable. Cleanliness is something we look for and it did not disappoint :)

Breakfast is huge and elaborative with good vegetarian options as well. Loved the fruits and coffee at pool side. They have 3 pools and kids play room which my daughter enjoyed. Room is spacious. Location is good to catch cabs easily. Overall ratings: 4. 5/5 food : 4/5 location 4/5 mrt is not too close family and kids friendly:5/5 rooms :5/5 facilities 4. 5/5

Superb place to stay. Not in the heart of the city. But easy to commute company grab taxi. Very good cleanliness standards. Super quality of room. They are large. Very good staff. The public transport may be a bit of a walk for a family with kids. But with grab, you are not in any disadvantage. Orchard Road is not too far away.

Hi! i stayed at novotel singapore on stevens from 2nd to 3rd aug 2023, and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and service. Mr. Nanthakumar (hope i got his spelling right) arranged for an early check-in rapidly. The pool was excellent, very refreshing for a morning swim. And the breakfast had a nice variety. Thank you!

Cleanliness is good. Location also very good and staff are very friendly. Very good experience for us.

There can’t be a better Novotel Singapore On Stevens than this in Singapore at this price. If u ask me I’ll suggest this Novotel Singapore On Stevens to anyone who’s planning a holiday in Singapore.Kudos to Novotel.

Can't fault the Novotel Singapore On Stevens itself, they did their best to make my stay optimum, but logistics is an issue - MRT quite far and calling taxis take a lot of time, particularly during peak hours. The best option seemed to be hopping onto a bus (stand adjacent) and goto MRTs around Orchard.

Hotel staff is nice, food quality is good, Indian breakfast is also there in the buffet, the Novotel Singapore On Stevens is in a residential area, so no shops, etc. Nearby 1 km walk from MRT Station, but they have a shuttle every half an hour to orchard Road, so that suffices.

Very close to all basic shopping center and easy to communicated, bus stop is very close to Novotel Singapore On Stevens. Mall is very near but need to walk for around 10 minutes.

The quality of the room was superb. The view, the working amenities, the spacious bathroom and even the quality of the bed linen were very good. Apart from the physical things the reception staff and door men were super friendly and efficient.
