Property's location was just opposite to bencolin metro station, service was first class, all the services was first class. I really loved the hotel

Clean hotel with all the basic amenities. Friendly and active staff. Rooms are small but finely equipped with all the modern day requirements.

Hotel is centrally located with mart next door and hence making travel within singapore quite easy. But on the flip side rooms are extremely small. May consider if you are just going to be sleeping and are not expecting any property amenities. Additionally, i was given room facing back street and it was extremely difficult to sleep with loud music from bars till wee hours in morning. I also had problem with cooling in room and after multiple requests also the hotel could not do anything about it.

The hotel stay was good the staff was very cooperating and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice but a little small. Daily room service was provided. The breakfast is also decent

Pathetic room, no exhaust in washroom. Pathetic service. In order to justify the staff shortage, they came up with a new statement. “we are going green and hence we will clean the room once in two days”. This is pathetic, staff was rude and i had to request daily to clean else they wont. Hotel lacks basic amenities. Room can only fit 1 queen size bed and boom then you cant open one suitcase. On top of it, they offer same breakfast daily. We were booked for 6 nights and had the same breakfast daily as had no other option.

Good hotel for stay as a couple. But the rooms are very small and conjugated. Nearby to MRT and few famous streets like Bugis, Little India, Orchard, Rochor.

Very good location. Excellent staff! Rooms though small are very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended Hotel for tourists interested in sightseeing and shopping.

Decent hotel

I had an average experience with the hotel. The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything from the adjacent room. The room size are very small. Staff is courteous but takes a lot of time for getting iron or water.

Breakfast was same every day very limited. Room cleaning and service was not good they used to leave the cups unwashed and daily dustbins were not cleaned. Overall it was at a good location and property is new but if you travel with your family room size is really very small. Staff is friendly.

Very small room and even smaller bathrooms. Nearby strand Hotel turned out to be better in terms of space. Cleanliness wasn't an issue at either places

We had reached Singapore in the morning, quite earlier than our check-in time. The staff were kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. I greatly appreciate this. The service was very good and hotel staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent.
