Location isn’t that great. There are not enough shops and restaurants around. Nearest mart station is quite far as well.

The location is great close to the subway and riverfront
this is an old style hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very kind and hospitable

We stayed for 2 days. The hotel is located at excellent place. The hotel is extremely clean, room, and toilet are spacious and good. Value for money.

Not great for vegetarians

The hotel is located at a highway in Havelock road away from many of the cities attractions. Bus connectivity to MTR is available but sparse. Vegetarian food options are unavailable and only include bread and butter. Hotel staff are highly time based and not accommodative to any of our special requests, even if we needed anything for the 7year old child. My brother broke his hand in the hotel bathtub, which was badly shaped. We made a special request that breakfast buffet to be served at the room as he couldn't walk, they served a limited menu option and allowed only 3 slices of bread and limited fruits. This was completely inconsiderate and calculative in the part of the hotel. We were very disappointed.

Location is superb

All is nice in this hotel, only thing is vegetarian option is not much. We are pure vegetarian person but I don't get veg breakfast variety. Other thing is all good.

4 star says it all. Liked (1) Cleanliness (2) Housekeeping. didn't like (3) Was given an option between king size smoking or two-single bed non-smoking (4) Welcome could be friendly.

Will not at all recommend this hotel, very average room, old interior it will not at all allow you to feel that you are in Singapore. Overall worst as per 4-star hotel standards.

Hotel at best location

Hotel's location is just a minute walk from the bus stand. It's safe and peaceful. Our room was spacious. Hotel staff was bit ignorant. Apart from that everything was good. We had a peaceful stay.

Nice, helpful staff. Good housekeeping (much better than many other hotels). Getting a taxi from Hotel is a problem, probably due to its location. Good food at restaurants. Weak wi-fi.
