Excellent location but very small rooms

The hotel is located centrally from all major attractions, and a walking distance from bugis mrt. Limited veg food options at the hotel as well as nearby areas. The rooms were neat and clean but very small. The toilet and shower areas are boxed separately with space for only 1 person to stand. The sink is outside in the room in open. No wardrobes or place to keep luggage. Will need to tuck the suitcase under the bed. Recommend compromising on location and checking other properties with bigger rooms. There’s an mart station every 1-2 kms and couple of stations further from the main attractions will barely add few cents.
Had a beautiful trip, mercure was really good, thanks for all mercure members

Bugis is in a great location with a walking distance from the local market, restaurants, station and little india. They have a beautiful infinity pool and gym. Breakfast has good options. What came as a surprise was that food is not available after 8. 30 pm within the hotel. Storage within the room, can manage one suitcase.

Bad service in the hotel. Rooms are tiny. We had ti change hotels mid way through our vacation as it was not at all good

My room was upgraded from queens room to loaf room. The room service was bit slow but nothing much to complain. The location is strategic and close Mustafa market (1.5 km) and Merlion (2 km). They agreed to extend my check out time by one hour and that too complimentary. Overall good experience. Thanks MMT.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city and excellent location to shopping, restaurants. Superior rooms are very spacious.

Hotel is good and near to the main markets. However, I think rooms are little small but overall the hotel is really good.
The room size is not so big but you will get all the facilities and amenities that is provided in any 5 star hotel. Breakfast spread is also great. Variety of food.

Rooms are extremely small and unhygienic. Washroom and bed are closest ever. Toilet is like a open top glass cubile. Washroom and toilet used once, will leave the whole tiny room with stink. Breakfast was only for non vegetarian course. Hardly any veg options, even after requesting nothing. Changed. Vegans would have to go hungry all the way. International standards, treatment for Indians is totally sub standard. After check out we have to forget our shopping bag in room, but no one updated us till we inquired at 5 Pm. Check out was at 12:30 Pm. Difficult stay.
