Stay was pleasant. But rooms are tiny and there is a limited supply of drinking water in the room. Only one bottle (500 ml) per guest per day.

The rooms even though they are pretty small, but decent and maintained well. The bed was comfortable. Considering high price point in singapore this room is sufficient if you planning to only sleep and get freshen up in the room and spend rest of your day travel-ling outside. The room was cleaned every day and they provided new bedsheets every 2 days. Since the rooms are small, recommend to select the room with the view. Bus stops are near buy and it has some food options also

Yeah my experience was pretty good, rooms are bit short in space and beds are also queen size so bit difficult to sleep. But one can manage. Hotel staff and services are good, u will walk less than a minute and there are bus stops to take u anywhere in singapore, bus connectivity is awesome, you go anywhere and just come near to your hotel at these bus stops, one bus stop ia jalan d usu and another after irrawaddy rd downstairs is a bar chamelon. Can drink and have anything. I asked the staff to upgrade my room and they were ready to provide me a room more spacious free of cost. Just walk some times near the hotel and you will find dominos pizza hut, burger king and many other food courts. Overall it was a very good experience i

The hotel stay was good. Rooms were clean. The only drawback was that the rooms were pretty small even though it was a superior double room. Got to know that everywhere in singapore it's the same way other than that everything else was good

Hotel is good, but rooms are small for a family, so plan for two rooms if u r travel-ling with a family and luggage, closest mart station is novena which is 1 and half kilometre from hotel, so daily walk is required if you are using a mart, nearest bus stop is about half kilometre away,

The room was leaking with water all over and was stinking. The room was changed however the second room also had same problem. Finally had vacated the room the same day they were more interested in no refund instead of the bad experience of stay.

Centrally located. No hassles to find out. The reception staff was well and promptly attended. Housekeeping was excellent. Refilling tea & coffee bags. Bottled water every day. Kept clean. Lifts are very quick and fast. Multiple lifts. Over all very good.

Rooms are so small and untidy. No room service. Even the luggage we have to carry in our room by its own. Ac also not work properly. No balcony or even a small window in the room. The one thing is good that the novena ( mart ) station is near by our hotel.

Hotel house keeping was good but the space in the room was so congested even-though there is no chair to sit inside room space is too small.

Recommend for short stay, room size was small it may not even suffice for 2 people stay. Service from reception housekeeping staff was swift fortunately my stay was good without much hassle. Breakfast is buffet only so i skipped to explore other options. Location is nice quiet and easy connectivity to bus stop which can take you to mrt. Overall my stay experience was good.
