Rude staff at front desk. Not cooperative. Overall customer service was poor. Avoid stay at this hotel

Very nice stay, i booked one bedroom apartment. Everything was there except a dishwasher and a few basic supplies like salt, oil.

Great value for money

Excellent facility at a very good location. Value for money. The facility has everything that makes comfortable stay possible, a restaurant, a bar, small kitchen, free laundry, compact- well arranged clean rooms. It was bus, metro and tram stations just at walk-able distance. The front desk staff is very co-operative and friendly.

Our stay at capri by fraser barcelona was amazing. The room was spacious and luxurious, loved the interiors. It was stocked with all amenities. The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Definitely looking forward to coming back. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel is also good. Just a few minutes from the metro station. Also, they gave us a corner room which was sort of an upgrade and kept chocolates and a note in our room, after knowing that we were on our honeymoon. We really appreciated this gesture.
