Nice little hotel, not far from the beach.
Really clean and comfortable stay however very noisy early in mornings and late at night noise travelling upstairs and affecting sleep.
It was a pleasant one night stay with staff being so friendly and helpful. Easy walk towards the beach area. Taxi is readily available. Would definitely like to come back during warmer season.

It was a great Location close to the beach and everything restaurants and shopping , clean room and amazing Stuff specially the lady that runs the breakfast buffet she was so amazing , and breakfast was great honestly for the price we paid for this hotel it was very very good , if we go backnto mallorca will stay at playa sol hotel , thanks

Let me put it this way. You would be better off committing a crime, getting arrested and spending night in jail being bummed by some large dude than spending a night at this hellhole.
Who needs this amount of bleach to clean the room? What happened here before I got in?
Shower had no cold water so either you dont shower or shower by slowly cooking under 10000 degree water.
Staying on 3rd floor doeant mean you dont hear people talking and having a good time in the bar on ground floor.
Room window doesn't close so its constantly 10 degrees in your room at night. And you hear everything happening in the street below.
Want a remote control for your tv? That's €10.
And breakfast is a fee slices of salami, bread and some unknown cereal.

Worst hotel ever stayed in
No friendly welcome or advice about fire alarms etc. No smoke detector or main light in room. Maids didnt sweep floor or clean the toilet on 2nd day. Theres no shampoo or conditioner in room or spare pillows, and no tea or coffee cups or kettle also no hair dryer. The handle of the drawer came off when we tried to open it The lobby was dark at all times. Tv channels are all in German and there was no remote. When asked we were told you have to give €10 deposit and if you wanted Spanish channels you had to pay. I dont recommend this hotel
verified t.friendsJan 06, 2020 Genuine staff. However the Orbitz photo of the beach is very misleading. The beach is 4 blocks away but it didn’t have white sandy beautiful beaches. The hotel is located in a run down, poverty part of the island. Many business have closed down. The beach literally had mud but you could see those white sandy beaches in the distance where the 4 and 5 star hotels where located 1 km away. The hotel lobby was ok but I refused to eat there. It just didn’t seem clean. My room was located on the first floor and heard drunk people talking at the hotel bar way into the night. Hotel parking was limited on the street. Thank God I took out full car insurance or I wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all worrying if my car was being broken into.
It had a nice view and close to the beach. The only problem was the breakfast, it was not a buffet
Everything was relatively close. Great location. Bus to and from airport are €5, I believe the bus number is 21. Everything is walking distance. No refrigerator or microwave.
Used this hotel before. Close to beach and bus stop - to get to the airport and Palma
Staff was very rude and air conditioning was operated by the rude staff. Free breakfast was also crap
Not very pleasant if you what a decent nights sleep. Very loud and uncomfortable beds.
