Good clean hotel. Not sure if it’s much of a destination it’s rather outside of Sevilla. I was on a long drive back from Portugal and it was a convenient place to stop for the night. The room was very hot and the AC didn’t seem to cool it down any there are some nice restaurants not too far away overall I think it was a fine place to stay.
The stay was not so great. The room smells musty and old. The bed is just spring box not comfortable at all.
First of all the reception desk staff were great. But the upper management of this hotel is greatly lacking. This hotel is basically a bus stop for tours.. there were as few as 3 many as 7 buses each night.
The noise was horrible and I had very little sleep each night. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear from the rooms adjacent and above. When I complained about the noise I was told there was no other room that I could be moved to and they had received many complaints.
I would never recommend this hotel, this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had, the management needs a serious change.
Excellent value for money close to Seville
Close to explore Seville but avoid crazy city prices. Car is needed however to get around. Extraordinarily large rooms with a split duplex bedroom and living quarters. Both Air cons worked well in the room and the hotel was well proportioned for restaurants and cafes and shopping. Shame that the pool was closed in April. Rooms are noise proof which was perfect as there were fans visiting for the copa del rey final.

patrick.partnerOct 06, 2023 Property doesn’t live up to the splendor it obviously used to be. Maintenance is lacking in many areas, from elevator buttons that are broken to a shower that wobbles and has little flow. Staff don’t seem concerned. I appeared at desk using a cane for mobility and I was issued a room with a loft - stairs needed to access the bedroom and washroom. What??? Not impressed.
The room was clean and spacious, but disappointed the only bathroom was up in the loft area. The lobby bathroom never seemed to have toilet paper, but front desk as able to help out there.
Nicely kept old hotel. Used by bus tours. Hard to use Restaurant, when tours are on site.
Perfect location with very closeby public transportation. Away from city's traffic, peaceful, quiet, an absolute clean accommodation.

We found a lot of bedbugs ( video as proof ) , until 3am you can not sleep a lot of noise especially teenage also they nocked the doors and they run ( as kids) ............

Disappointed that swimming pool was in disrepair and had been so for some time.Menu was poor,although food was passable.Bar service non existent and staff surly.Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Need a lot of renovation. Breakfast needs

We decided to have our dinner prior to retiring to our room; when we arrived to our room, it was occupied with other guests who had already retired - we were all startled!
Excellent room, clean and spacious. Great breakfast and convenient location.
Although a bit dated, the rooms are really clean. We stayed in a family room with my husband and my 24 y.o. son, there was enough space for the three of us and large bathroom.
Nice hotel but remote location with no reliable transport. Took 40 mins for a taxi to arrive.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. Limited meals, no food available between meal times, the bar closed early. Not a great experience at all

The staff were superb. They went out of their way to be helpful. Great 3 course menu del dia in the restaurant for €12. A la Carte available as well. Hairdresser and shop and good access for disabled travellers. A great stopover.
