Perfect! From the warm personal check in, to the lovely room, great location, quiet room and tasty breakfast. Maria and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect...close to everything on foot but quiet too!

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to all the major sites. The front desk staff was welcoming, attentive and very helpful. Room was very nice.

joanne.partnerOct 09, 2024 Lovely hotel. Our room was a deluxe view. It was bright and airy. We had two big windows that over looking the city. Couldn’t hear any noise at night. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice Super king bed. Plenty of toiletries. Free mini bar. No alcohol only soft drinks. Free safe. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice.
We definitely recommend this little gem! Walking distance to all the sights. We will return!

Fantastic stay, this hotel is well situated for all the sights of Sevilla. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond in their efforts to please us even organising a surprise cake for my Wife’s birthday and front row seats at a flamenco show. Truly some of the best guest service I have ever experienced. The hotel room itself was light and bright and clean and spacious. I cannot state how good this hotel is.
I stayed in the Petite room as a solo traveller and it was a perfect size for me. Even though the room was on the first floor and facing out to the street, noise was not an issue because the doors have good sound-proofing. The only time it was a problem was Saturday night where there were a lot of partiers outdoors.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped me troubleshoot an issue with the WiFi in the middle of the night.
One piece of feedback is for a 4-star hotel and the price.. it'd be nice to have other amenities/services offered. Ex: robes, slippers, etc..
