Location and food are fine but room size is very compact. It should have a little bigger but the stay and reception staff are really good

Terrible amenities, no basic services

Location is ok but there are no services or amenities. 1. They don’t have room service. 2. No electric kettle in room. 3. No one to help with luggage. 4. No glasses in room. 5. Breakfast menu exactly same everyday. 6. No proper cleaning of rooms

The properties location was good since it was walking distance from the tram station. The food was just average. Just a basic very small room was provided with no amenities. The staff was quite uncooperative regarding giving out any help or advice. Was not very happy with my stay.

No trust worth and fraud

I had booked hotel in zurich and paid before the deadline, once i reached, hotel denied my checkin stating book not confirmed. I contacted make my trip twice but useless, they just made me to wait for 5-6 hours in reception and by end of the day they dint responded. Even after day they couldn’t manage the booking.

missing basic requirements in the room

Great staff but location far away from city center
The staff is really helpful but the place is very difficult to find even while using google maps we were going here & there for at-least half an hour. Rooms are super small as is expected from any ibis hotel. Nearest tram is at-least 10 mins walk.

Breakfast is chargeable and if you are from Asia you will find it difficult because its typical bread and fruits breakfast. Tram station is around 700-800 m.

Booked through company with all meal plan, hotel said they provide only breakfast. Reception once said only breakfast and dinner then said only breakfast. Manager was rude and not hospitable to talk. Also, hotel charges for drop to Zurich Airport compared to other hotel Around who offer this service for free as it is very close to Airport.

Not a pleasant experience interacting with staff at the reception the person who checked us in.
