We stayed at the property for 2 nights and it was so comfortable and felt safe and warm. The staff was cooperative, polite and attended to all our needs. They were available for us day and night. The Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 breakfast was amazing both days and we liked it very much. It was fresh and there are really good options for vegetarians too.

We had stayed 3 nights at this property. It’s located in the hustle area of sukumvit so 11. There are many bars & restaurants nearby. Even shopping areas are nearby to this property but you need cab or buts metro to go there. It’s a small property but rooms are nice & bang on cleanliness. All the focus protocols are absolutely followed at the property. They are serving limited breakfast due to covid. The property has a really nice cafe downstairs.

Small Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 but full of immense qualities, superb front desk staff, always there with positive attitude and smiling faces. Breakfast I enjoyed the most, servicing prompt, good quality food, delicious and cleanliness area. Location best and somebody well said all good things come in small packages.

The Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 is conveniently located in sukhumvit area. Sky-train and mart stations are at walkable distance. There is plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping areas nearby. We stayed in 7th floor and in-spite being a busy area, no noise was heard in room. Overall it was a good stay.

We picked up this place cup of the location, it's close to the train Station and has lots of eating joints Around. Their check-in time is 3pm, and we arrived at 9am. The staff was courteous to offer us a room Around 10am cut they had availability. They also offer take away breakfast which is great on the go!

Everything was proper. Starting from the check-in to check-out. We did not have a single meal but the service given on the reception was superb. Very smiely and courteous staff.

Welcoming staff from reception to house keepers. Clean room and bathroom. Clean cups glasses and kettle but hand wash and shampoo are same. Need to improve
