Location is good, pool at the top floor has great view, breakfast was good(not that great for veg people tho but still good, staffs are so welcoming, overall i had a great stay here.

Good location, hotel gives free drop to metro station. Terminal 21 is having entrance from metro station. Breakfast 4/5(limited indian dishes but has international dishes, room looks new, swimming pool is good. Service good. Overall recommend

Super smelling hotel. The rooms were very dirty, especially the bathroom. No toothpaste, brush, shampoo, shower gel were given.

Staff was very supportive and helpful, location is centrally located very near to asok and sukhumvit metro ( 5 min walk, rooms were very big and we'll furnished with all the required items like fridge, toster, washing machines, cutlery, iron machine, sofa and microwave. Breakfast was also good.

Old hotel with spacious rooms, but very limited staff and no full service restaurant. They serve buffet breakfast in the morning which was good but after that you have to order from outside or eat at nearby eateries. Cleanliness was "fine! biggest issue we faced - we were told upon reaching that the hotel is overbooked and requested to move to some other which we refused to do - after which they managed to give us a room by asking some other guests to move there as they told us.

Balcony window lock was broken and did not fix till next day. There was couple small roaches in the bathroom.

Quiet & peaceful place, although located in a crowded city centre. Nice eating outlets in close proximity. Strongly recommended for families and couples. The swimming pool was under maintenance but management has made alternative arrangements.

1. Room booked for 3 persons but accessories like towel, brush, cups etc was provided only for 2 persons 2. When asked for an extra bed, it was denied and asked for extra charges initially but when i said that i will call make my trip, then extra bed was provided free of cost 3. Different charges were shared hotel staff for late check out. Late check-out should have been allowed as we booked & checked in late in the hotel 4. Cleanliness was not so good 5. Breakfast was till 10:30 but when call at 10am, reception told us that breakfast time over now

We were a small family (my wife, me and our infant. The location of the hotel is strategic. It is around the corner but quiet. There is a 7-11 nearby so you really are good to go with everyday milk, bread etc. The rooms are well kept and tidy. Everything was functional. Service is the icing on the cake. It is one of the best service i have received in a long time. The staff is very friendly and understanding. We were provided with a travel adapter, knife, washing liquid and a scrub as per our request and need. They are prompt and always smiling without fail. The only downside to the hotel is the restaurant. They serve american breakfast and being vegetarians from india, we didn't use the restaurant. Also, the restaurant is available till 2 or so i believe. So we had to rely on outside food. But as i mentioned about the location, there are plenty of restaurants near by and then you also have terminal 21 mall. There is also a bakery by the name peak bakery which serve good food (even though they have vegetarian dishes, the paste will have some sort of fish powder etc, but we are ok with it. Enjoy your stay here. I would recommend it.

The property has an amazing location with good hygiene property safe and secure even the bangkok, pattaya and phuket are safe places as per my past experience. As i'm indian so i'll say food is average for us as we didn't have much choice even though i'm non vegetarian.

pro'ssuper quiet location near to action bangkok.super helpful staff, good breakfast.Nice big swimming pool and big rooms with microwave, utensils, electric cook too is storage etc to prepare own food for a family consAC of rooms is not working property. Decor of lobby,rooms in old.No open space around building for green areas.No veg.options for breakfast..
