Terrible Stay

Smelly rooms, wifi issues, staffs rude behaviour, non cooperative, doesn't understand english, lack of amenities as small as beds replacement, we as couple were given 2 single beds and asked to adjust. Even after repeated request. Never ever going back to this hotel

“nice property, but poor staff behavior ruined the experience”

The property itself was good, with the best part being its convenient location near markets. However, the staff’s behavior was disappointing. I had booked two rooms for a day, and upon check-in, the receptionist asked me to deposit a refundable 2000 thai baht, which i did, receiving a receipt for it. The issue arose when i went to check out at 4 a. M. The next morning to catch my flight. When i asked for my deposit back, the staff denied it, claiming the receipt didn’t belong to their hotel. I repeatedly insisted that it was their receipt, given to me by one of their staff members, but they refused to listen. Since i was in a hurry, this caused unnecessary stress. After a long and frustrating delay, they finally matched the invoice number with their records and admitted it was valid. Yet, they remained arrogant and didn’t even offer an apology. Their uncooperative behavior, combined with the language barrier, overshadowed the good experience i had on the first day. Overall, the poor attitude of the staff ruined what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay.

Decent hotel, can be booked for a stay. We didn't book breakfast here but the facilities in general were okay. The room was clean and tidy and staff was also okay. Nothing good nothing bad, there are indian restaurants nearby which is a big plus.

Property has five star facilities. Excellent service and delicious food. Must opt for buffet breakfast which includes indian food. Location is also good at the centre of bangkok but little far approx 3 km from bts.

The hotel was easily accessible by cabs, neat and clean. The cost was very reasonable so we stayed for 4 days. It's in the prime locality and easy access to my business meet. I would recommend using their service. Booking an international trip was so easy from makemytrip, i booked my flight and hotel easily. Need not depend on individual travel agents here after with expensive fares. Thank you makemytrip for making my trip an amazing experience.
