Horrible, not worthed, should be declassified as 5 star. People are rude, old rooms, bugs everywhere, way far from anything, detailed email has been sent to make my trip to refund my stay. Don't go there and book somewhere else.

Check-in process was not very fast and it took hours to get the room although we reached hotel after 4 pm and check-in time is 3 pm. Vegetarian and indian food option available in breakfast and very huge spread of fruits, bread, and thai, chinese, japanese, indian food. But very limited options for vegetarian and even indian food in lunch and dinner. Green thai curry was the saviour for us during lunch and dinner. Nearby centra plaza a good mall for shopping and different types of international food. But no massage shops nearby except the one in hotel. Didn't see anyone using the swimming pool and seems to be old one.

Property is at excellent location, near to buts and mart metro stations - you don’t even have to use grab to go to visit emerald bud-ha / palace. Just change from blue to green line in brat and take a ferry near to brat station. Very well connected. On the way, you can get down near aria brat station and visit never-land cafe to play with huskies for 1 hour - once in a life time experience. And guess what, there is a walk way to central mall from the hotel itself - gr 8 location and good food with wide spread of breakfast buffet and an excellent staff. Well, forgot to mention about their roof tap bar - amazing views for couple.

The hotel from the inside is less maintained the only good maintain is the hotel lobby. They try to make it like jw marriott but it’s a 3star property not 5star
