The hotel is pretty ordinary, please don't go by the pictures, the hotel seems old and the rooms are very small and not maintained well. We were staying in the double bedroom suites, which was said to be their highest category and was not good, i wonder how their basic rooms will be?

Room was good, but staffs in reception area not fit for that job. Doesn't know how to speak with customers. Too much of attitude towards touristers

We were not welcomed properly, poor internet connectivity. Staff experience is poor. Overall i would say hifi lodging experience

very nice stay Indian who want to have a calm stay with family can stay here.

Location is excellent. Heart of thr party life of. Bangkok. All nighters, with good shopping districts lose by like m bk centre. Room is a average, restaurant provides room service so only till 10pm, bathroom is small and views are only building s. Good for just being close to the main area in bangkok, rooms arr more budget but clean and having small kitchette

The stay was very good. They provided us a 4 bed room apartment which equipped with all aminities, kitchen, balcony, washroom with bath tub. All staffs of the hotels were very helpful during our stay.

This hotel is deep inside to main road. Not worth the money. Swimming pool is not even 5 meters. Breakfast is normal with very little spread. Staffs are rude. I will not recommend this hotel. The only plus is it is near to train station nana

One of the best business hotel, clean rooms and polite staff. Only problem is, the hotel located in heavy traffic place. Many taxi drivers refuse to go to sukhumvit

The room was neat and clean the staff is very polite and courteous the location was centrally located in the heart of nana, they have 24 hours free tuk tuk service which is great, the only drawback is breakfast they should elaborate the menu and serve different fruits every day they were repeating the same fruits for 6 days which was really bad and they should improve there breakfast otherwise everything thing was excellent

Best hotel with decent atmosphere. Good staff at reception and cleaning. Loaction hotel is very near to metro and best part is their free tuktuk service

My stay at citadines was excellent. All the staff are very supportive. Moreover the places for dining and socializing at restaurants is awesome. As all the good restaurants are very near to citadines. Tuktuk service provided was a topping on the cake. Overall rating 9 out of 10. Some renovation recommended for the flooring and to add new paintings inside the premises to make the place more lively.
