Property's location is the highlight, as it is very close to so 11 sukhumvit, but not so close to being loud. I got upgraded to a better room (street view, which was good size, and the amenities were well available, like cupboards, luggage table, etc. Breakfast didn't have too many options, but okay if you are a vegetarian. Cleanliness was good, staff was courteous and accommodating, room service was good. Wifi was good. I didn't go swimming, so i can't be sure there. A convenience store is just down the alley nearby and 7-11 is probably 500m

The room quality was very average. All the switch boards have become old. The hotel should consider changing them. The size of the rooms are also small.

This was my second time staying at galleria sukhumvit 10 bangkok and for me it's one of the best and value for money, in terms of location which is at walking distance from nana station, the breakfast had enough varieties and tasted good. The staff is extremely helpful reedy to help with a smile on their faces especially the bell boys. The rooms were quite spacious and had food amenities. The swimming pool is not so big but ok and their inhouse massage services were cheap and good but you have to book it in advance as they are mostly always occupied. I would recommend this hotel strongly.

Property shows it is 3 star category but it is not even a budget hotel category maintenance no metal kids no soaps no shampoo nothing and say the bathroom and even the bedroom also maintenance and outside views just like ranjan nobody should not go this hotel to get bad experience

We booked a room for 3 adults and 1 infant. And they provided us a small room with 3 single beds. Even they accepts that it is uncomfortable for a baby to sleep in between the 2 single beds which were joint to become one double bed and they could not do anything for it. Then they left a notice in our room, that our bedsheet got a stain and we have to pay 680 bhatt for the deep cleaning. That stain was not from us and as per our knowledge even if there is a stain as a hotel its their theirs responsibility not that they could put it on customer.

Pleasant stay and place. Very much cleaned rooms and washrooms too. Maintained well hygienic hospitality. Food is good and there are many varieties. The property is in a good location. The overall property is very good and i'm happy to stay here.

Close to Nana BTS, ok breakfast

Stayed here for 1 night. The location is ok (7 to 10 minutes walk to Nana BTS). Free tuk-tuk is available up to the main road. Location is peaceful and right next to Artbox. Breakfast was just ok with cereals/salad/bread/fruits/fresh pancakes and egg. There were two separate stations for Chinese/Japanese food which I did not try. Rooms were very old and worn out wood panel flooring. The view from the window was hideous. Rooms are very small and difficult to pack/unpack luggage. We had a bitter experience when we lost both key cards. However, the staff were very courteous and gave us a spare key card at no extra charge. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Nevertheless, the hotel is definitely not worth the price we paid because of the room condition.
